I did not like the fact that I had to strech my pate and strain my eyes to view the screens. The food was a bit expensive on board unlike online! I feel the variance is unjustifiable. Seats are so squeezed and unadjustable for more comfort! The one good thing was that they delivered me and my luggage safe and sound to the destination. Entertainment - nonexistent. Upgraded seats in the planes, especially business class, seats did not work properly or recline all the way, very uncomfortable. Food was mediocre at best, movie library needs updating. I always forget to special order. The boarding announcements were not audible where I was sitting in the airport, so that should be better. Excellent crew, delicious Austrian wine, only a short flight so only some nibbles to eat which was fine. On time, best connection for me, earning miles on my program. No food, plane felt pretty old and not so clean. Smaller seats than the other flights I had with Lufthansa. Otherwise, it was fine. I had a pretty bad earache on that particular flight, so I liked it less than I might have otherwise. There was no vegetarian food. This is a big thing. The fact that I booked my ticket via British Airways, but operated by Iberia made my situation very confusing.
