Customer Service was excellent. Doll is fantastic, and as seen in ad. She is quite weighty, personally would opt for a lighter. Frame if available. All said and done, I’m quite happy with her.

Yes, the fingers require some getting used to but you'll be pretty confident with Chiara in no time. The joints are stiff on purpose, to allow them to loosen ever so slightly over time.

If we could make the fingers separately out of Silicone then this would be great, however, this would drastically increase prices. I really like her. I must admit she is heavy. Maybe use aluminum rods for arms and legs, less weight. Eyes are great looking, glad I got blue. Everything feels so real. I love snuggling up to her at night. Hard warm up the body though, maybe should have bought the heater with her., other than that she is great. Glad I made the investment.
