Kristina Wagner’s last Instagram post before the sad passing of her son, Harrison, was a heartbreaking farewell to both of her children and the place they used to call home.
General Hospital stars Kristina and Jack Wagner have recently suffered an unimaginable loss.
According to a report obtained by PEOPLE , their son Harrison Wagner died at the age of 27 on Monday.
According to a report from Los Angeles Medical Examiner’s Office and as reported by E! News , Harrison Wagner was found dead in a parking lot on Monday. He was 27 years old.
A spokesperson for the Los Angeles Police Department told the outlet that police responded to a call about a medical emergency. The spokesperson added they do not suspect foul play at this time.
Harrison was found dead around 5 am local time in a parking lot in Los Angeles’ North Hollywood neighbourhood.
A cause of death has not been determined and revealed to the media at the time of publication.
Kristina and Jack married in 1993 before splitting in 2006. They welcomed two children together, Harrison and Peter, while Jack has a daughter named Kerry from a previous relationship.

Kristina Wagner’s last Instagram post was a farewell to their home, Wagner Ranch, and a tribute to her two sons.
The picture sees Kristina, Harrison and Peter sitting on a timber staircase at their ranch where they lived for the last 25 years.
“A bittersweet farewell to the place we called Wagner Ranch for 25 years,” she captioned the post of May 21 this year. “The prickly beauty of the high desert and a landscape surrounded by national forests always reminded us that there is peace when you are willing to look for it. Oh Ranch, it’s time to part.
“We’ll miss you so much with our heartwarming memories. We know that there are many opportunities for joy ahead.”
Harrison shared the same image on his account, followed by the caption: “The Ranch Family”. It is the second picture in the Instagram carousel.
A number of General Hospital viewers took to social media to pay touching tributes to Harrison and sent their prayers to his family.
“Harrison Wagner, may you rest In heavenly peace. Kristina and Jack, so sorry for the loss of your 27 year old son and may you and the family find some kind of comfort in knowing that Harrison is at peace. God bless you all,” wrote one person.

"Never in my life have I posed in a bikini or underwear before, but I didn't mind because it's not about 'how do you get fit so you can wear a bikini' -- it's about a lifestyle and having good body image," the star told the magazine .
Behind-the-scenes photos also show Kristina in a similar blue two-piece as she poses poolside in Los Angeles. In the issue, she talks about her thoughts on body image: "I look my best if I focus on taking care of my whole self -- mind, body and spirit."
Wagner made her "General Hospital" debut in 1984, before leaving for the first time in 2005. After taking a break, she then returned and left for a second time between 2007 and 2008, before ultimately returning for good in 2012.
Kristina grew up in the spotlight, so she realized firsthand how critical the public can be.
"For years I would easily attach to other people and what they thought," the TV star revealed. "But as I've become older, I've learned to honor myself, honor my feelings, own them and feel good about who I am. I don't need to judge myself anymore."
The "General Hospital" star found love on the set, marrying her on-screen love interest John Wagner in 1993, but they filed for divorce in 2001, briefly reconciled and then divorced for the second time in 2005. They have two sons together, Peter and Harrison.

But on Thursday the actress - who used to be married to Melrose Place star Jack Wagner (he later romanced Heather Locklear) - made her bikini cover debut with the new issue of First For Women .
The blonde looked fantastic as she slipped into a red two piece. 'Never in my life have I posed in a bikini or underwear before, but I didn't mind because it’s not about "how do you get fit so you can wear a bikini"—it’s about a lifestyle and having good body image,' the beauty said.
