The Brit Doctrine

First, we must concede the fact the current government has neglected its duties and utterly collapse. This is a given. Secondly, we must concede the current government is in such a state of incapacitation it cannot launch a proper defense. This is a given. Thirdly and most importantly, we must concede that this current regime cannot deal with the most simple of threats and has capitulated to our enemies. This is a given. We cannot accept this current state and permit it to continue. This outline this meant to provide temporary relief until a democratic government can facilitate proper actions to restore the republic.

The form in which this commission will take is as such: At the top, there will be the Chancellor. The Chancellor will have executive power and lead the other Commissioners. Below the Chancellor will be the several Commissioners. They will lead executive departments and, along with the Chancellor, form the Chancellory, which will act as the sole governing authority responsible for enforcing and writing laws.

The powers of each institution are as such. The Chancellor will be the Head of State, Head of Government, Head of Commission, and Chief of Staff for the Armed Forces. He will have the ability to veto, postpone, or amend legislation unilaterally before full enforcement. The Chancellor will be given the power to decree actions, Chair the Commission, and appoint the Commissioners. He will also be given the ability to edit roles, perms, and channels. The Commissioners, in turn, will be appointed by the Chancellor. They will head a department or sit on the Commission without portfolio as per the Chancellor's discretion. The various departments are to be established by decree. A 2/3rd vote of all Commissioners is required to remove the Chancellor or one of the Commissioners. Each Commissioner will have supreme authority over their respective department unless otherwise said by decree. The court is permitted to unilaterally overrule any action if it violates these guidelines.

The Commission's responsibilities will be thus: Defend Krameria and write a new constitution for the nation. Upon completing and implementing the constitution, the Commission will take-up caretaker status until the first elections conclude. The Commission will have a maximum term of two weeks after the first Monday in office to complete their task. If they do not complete it by then, the admins are empowered to remove them and implement the previous government.
