The mountain, the views and the skiing were superb. The views over the mountains and across the valley were breathtaking. We took two trams to the top of this ski area. The conditions were quite hard-packed but groomed. The views from the top were awesome! Some of the best skiing in the Alps. Long, steep trails, fantastic views and multiple Rifuges and Ristorantes along the way. This has become a favorite mountain to ski. Skied this area. Good terrain and like all of Dolomites beautiful views. Crowded down low in blue areas, less so up high with reds and blacks. They had 2 meters fall 3 weeks prior none while we were there. Great place to ski! Most of the runs were open. Runza are available at all levels and very family friendly. The slopes were wide enough. Definitely suggest this place for all levels skiers! The Tofana ski area, known as Socrepes, is great. The slopes are wonderful and range from a good beginners area linked to various others pistes as you go up blue and red. We hired lockers which worked well, a quick change and you come up I could ski here all day every day! Great slopes, a beautiful view of the Dolomiti, great lunch options to pick a rifugio from, olympic heritage with many upcoming world events and even for non-skiers, the views, the lifts available going both up and Travelled to cortina for a weeks skiing with high expectations having skied for two weeks from Val Di Fassa nearby.
