I am heavily experienced in back-end architect and development using different PHP frameworks (most recent

are Yii and Yii2), SQL/noSQL databases and many other. I appreciate all the modern technologies helping to

make nice solutions - flexible, extensible and consuming as little of time and human resources as possible. I

like to dive into complex problems to make proper decisions: which database is the best for the whole solution,

which libraries suit the business expectations, what the rest we need to code and how to minimize amount of

team efforts to get the stuff working as quickly as possible. And at the same time I need to be sure everything

will work as it was required - and even more than required if we need that.

I also like to use my large experience to optimize workflow to increase team productivity. I can quickly

understand and take in the business demands and realize how to satisfy them. After all, I know how to to build

a good team to get the work real. Also have good Scrum Master skills.
