The kitchen is very modern and well equipped, contains everything you will need to prepare sumptuous meals and has your basic food stuffs at the ready. Дом построен качественно, очень светлый, красиво декорирован цветным стеклом и египетскими папирусами. Прекрасно смотрится деревянный лакированный потолок. На всех окнах и дверях есть антимоскитные сетки, а также установлена немецкая система сигнализации. Все спальни оборудованы кондиционерами. Дом имеет двойную систему снабжения водой: есть государственный водопровод, а также собственный колодец с пресной водой, что делает его абсолютно автономным и независимым от поступления воды извне. На крыше, с которой открывается красивый вид на море и горы, установлены шезлонги для принятия солнечных ванн.
