Very polite and helpful. Intourist Batumi Hotel is located in the popular Black Sea resort of Batumi, metres from the nearest beach. Very beautiful hotel with great staff. We were greeted by Miriam who was very friendly and we talked to Mumuka who helped us with our needs around the city. The spa was very clean and nice. The location of the hotel is excellent and room was very clean and comfortable. They serve breakfast which was more like a brunch. Situated in Batumi, Euphoria Batumi Hotel has a terrace and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the bar. Stuff are very helpful clean rooms and we had everything we needed. A special thanks to Anna that working as reception, Very easy you could understand she loves her job Very beautiful interior, stunning view, rooftop bar and pool, very polite staff, good location. I liked the sea view, and the breakfast, turkish helal food with variety of foods,. Location clean breakfast stuff. It nice small very clean hotel at amazing location. Friendly and helpful staff. They helped us arrange transport around Batumi as well as to our next destination and also made sure we enjoyed our stay. Really great customer service always ready to help with a smile on their faces. As for the room, we stayed in seaside facing room with balcony and king size bed which was impeccably clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in the centre of Batumi near the main attractions, facing the seafront and near the cable car awesome experience! Breakfast was buffet style and served on a rooftop terrace with good choice of bread, eggs, some meat and cheese, cereal and fruit and veg. Much recommended and we would definitely stay again. The hotel was just far away from everything that it was quiet, but still close enough to walk around and explore. The room was very nice size, and the balcony added a cherry on top to the experience. The breakfast every morning consisted of scrambled eggs, toast, salad, cheese, olives, jam and butter, a perfect way to start the day. Everything is wonderful; hotel is very close to the center; has clear and comfortable rooms. I love its wonderful open air cafe-restaurant, tasty food and available prices. And which is more important- the staff; they are all very friendly; attentive; helpfull. Thank you one more time for great days spent in the hotel. Family really loved the apartment we booked 3 bedroom apartment for 6nights and the apartment is the best if u r looking for a good location everything you need is near you! And apartment is super nice and family really loved it; And special thanks to Dawed for helping us with so many things. The hotel was extremely clean, every thing was perfect, I really enjoyed staying there. Givi in reception, very nice person, I really appreciate his effort to make me happy during my stay. Lovely place, very comportable. Everything was excelent. The room was very good, with comportable furniture. Just in front of the seaside. We would highly recommend a stay at this appartment. We will definitely stay here again. Everything was perfect. Everything was on high level including service, staff, breakfast, cleanliness of rooms and location of the hotel.
