Kodak Pro Image 100 was introduced to North America a few years ago, but this film has been around for a long time globally. It was introduced to the U.S. market at a good time too, as the price of one roll of Kodak Ektar is now up to $10. While I like Ektar for my landscape photography, those shot are typically made on 120 or 4x5 film.
Kodak Pro Image 100 is marketed as the ideal portrait and wedding film and for good reason. It's got some beautiful muted tones and produces realistic skin tones with subdued colour saturation.

Virtually no grain, good color saturation but not overwhelming like Ektar 100. I shot this roll at 100 in good light and imagine it would be excellent at 400 on an overcast day. The price is reasonable as well. I will be buying more of it in the future. I still prefer Kodak Portra 400 but this has a good use for general photography.

Лучше всего Kodak Pro Image 100 показывает себя в портретах и свадебной фотографии с хорошим светом.
Для солнечных сцен я советую Kodak Pro Image 100, Kodak Gold 200 и Fuji C200. Если вы собираетесь в отпуск на море, то лучшим выбором станет Kodak Ektar 100.

Попробовал чёрно-белую экзотику: фотоплёнку AGFA Aviphot Pan 200. Мои впечатления и примеры фото. Агфа - черно-белая фотопленка для выразительных портретов.
Для имитации кинокартинки я возьму из холодильника Kodak Pro Image 100. Но у каждой из этих специализированных плёнок будет определённый компромисс в непрофильных для них сюжетах.
