Presenter: The next question is from Fail’ Nurtdinov: Valery Victorovitch, in every issue you call for studying the Concept [of Public Safety], SGTG / KOB, to become conceptually powerful. 

But why are you not talking about moral transformation in the direction of Righteousness, the mentality change towards humanity? Only morality gives Distinction. You can study the Concept, but still not be a human. Because many people who have not studied CPS are more moral than many so-called “conceptualists”, and a red line passing through all the works of the IP USSR (Internal Predictor of USSR) is the slogan: “People, become men!”

Maybe, it’s worth  calling for this in every episode?

Valery Pyakin: You know, still I’m going to call for studying Concept of Public Safety for a simple reason, that the key position in CPS as a red line passing through all works of IP is one simple idea: knowledge is given by morality.

Do you wish to get this knowledge? Change your morality and become a man. Don’t wish to get this knowledge? You’ll be a donkey loaded with books and just carrying these books. 

Those so-called “conceptualists” – did they follow this absolute rule? Have they changed their morality? Oh no! They’ve learnt it in the mode of a tape recorder (a computer now) and give it out not understanding everything. If they had studied CPS and started applying it in their life, then  everybody at once would have seen CPS’s efficiency.

Here is an example. (We’re not afraid of giving knowledge to anyone. Moreover we all say: “Guys, this is the knowledge. Do you want it? Please, take it, study it, apply it.”)

One day Yeltsin family clan got interested in this project (I give out a small secret without too many details) and said: “We need to know, but we don’t need the trash like your Concept of Public Safety philosophy. Give us only Sufficiently General Theory of Governance.” So, did your Poles help you? So, you’ve learnt some rules. Were you able to apply them in your life?

So, don’t be afraid that “the wrong ones” will get the knowledge. “The wrong one” won’t be able to apply this knowledge in life without changing morality and becoming a man.

But what I keep saying about is: do you need that? Right now, are you interested in solving a particular problem?

The knowledge is here. Here are the rules of mathematics, figuratively speaking, for management. Apply it, learn it. Oh, you can’t do that? 

Then what prevents you from understanding what is here in the Concept and how to apply it, how it works?

Aha, you say: ”That’s trash, that’s wrong here, etc.”

Ok, trash it is. That’s it. Life will teach you, life will show you where is trash and where is not. You’ve been given certain information, you’ve come across it.

“Oh, people of Baghdad! Listen, and then don’t say you didn’t hear,” — that’s what I’m talking about! 

You will come into contact with this information and there won’t be a way around it.

This information has come to you from Above, and now you have to relate to it. But if you don’t relate to it, you won’t learn… Well, sorry, no one is responsible for the consequences in your life, but yourself. 

Presenter: And one more question from Vlad linked to this one: “At the end of each episode you say that it’s necessary to study the works of IP USSR, master this new knowledge. However, what is the criterion for mastering this new knowledge? On what basis will you understand that a man has mastered everything and studied it? After all, for example, to test the knowledge in mathematics several tasks are given to be properly solved; knowledge of traffic rules is tested by exam papers. 

And how to check how well the information from IP USSR works has been studied? After all, there are no questions for self-testing at the end of the books. And when will you be able to say: “That’s all, you don’t need to study IP USSR works any more since you’ve mastered and studied everything. Only read new materials, analytical notes and books.”

Valery Pyakin: I’ll never say that. I just can’t say that.

First of all, a man cannot master everything. Because a man is not God. Only God can master everything.

A man is endowed with a certain function which he is to perform, the task for which God’s introduced him into the biosphere of the Earth planet and the Earth planet – into all-universe matrix accordingly. 

According to that, who will examine? It won’t be a man. How much is mastered and how well… God talks to people in the language of their life circumstances.

He shows what is what, and this meaningful dialogue of a man with God will judge whether a man has got it right or wrong. Is it enough to go on or is it not?

But to master everything… A man cannot replace God. A man can strive for only one thing: he must fulfill the mission for which God’s brought a man into the Universe.

This is what a man should strive for, but for this he must unleash his genetic potential given from Above.

And the mankind is still only at the beginning of this path. But we must follow this path. So study the works of the IP USSR.

Valery Pyakin: Study the works of the IP USSR, try to understand why a man is introduced into the Universe and then the answer will come to you from Above.
