Kundalini Pool Villa on the North Bali Beach
Uniquely located with direct private beach access in a beautiful calm bay with dolphins, a large coral reef and traditional ‘Jukung’ Balinese fishing boats.
Surrounded by mountains, vineyards, rice fields, a small traditional fishing village and the sea.
Here you can relax, refresh, recharge and enjoy the wonderful service of our staff. Explore the real authentic nature of North Bali, off the beaten track, away from the traffic noise, near Lovina and Permuteran.
Walking across the beach, you will find several restaurants with sea view terraces for a delicious lunch, dinner, a cocktail or a cool fresh fruit juice. Most restaurants also have a free pick-up service. Step on to the beach and take a swim in the calm sea, snorkel over the coral reef, or hop on the traditional boat to spot the sunrise and the dolphins. Stunning sunrises and sunsets are almost guaranteed!
Coconuts, bananas, mangoes, pineapple, pomme granate, papaja, dragonfruit, starfruit, soursop, lemongrass, pandan leaf, mesona(daluman), peppers, casave leaf, etc. grow in our tropical garden. Our cook uses them fresh from the garden in your fruit salad, juice or other dish. She also use all the fresh herbs from the garden in her meals.
Our gardeners love to show you our many wonderfully sweet scented ‘frangipani’ trees, aloe vera, cacti, palm trees, orchids, bougainvillea in all colors and types. You can see different kind of kingfishers, other birds and butterflies. And of course the table tennis, badminton set and net, tree-swing, WiFi, are free to use
Each 240 m2 villa is fully-equipped for up to eight guests, with 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and 4 ensuite bathrooms, that feature traditional Bali-green natural stone tiles. Furniture is tastefully made from locally handcrafted Javanese teak wood, bamboo lamps and balinese wood carvings. The villas benefit from original 30 feet high thatched roofs, which work as a natural airco and provide a nice air circulation.
Our villas are friendly to use and hygiene is important to us, the villas are easy to clean due our choice of material. Our house keeping takes care of this. Generous clean shower towels and beach towels are well stocked. Fresh bed linnen is provided for you every three days. The villa is perfectly safe for young kids, babysit on demand, high chair, baby cot, magnetron and all bedrooms access from the enclosed living room, security fence and gate to the beach.
The town of Seririt is 3 km away. Here are you will find a number of supermarkets, ATMs, a medical center, delicious warungs and a traditional day, evening and flower market.
Lovina is is a bit more touristy and 20 minutes by car.
Our driver Yon is available for you 24/7. He will pick you up from the airport and drive you to the villa in about two and a half hours.
It is a beautiful ride and nice to stop on the way for a drink and enjoy the magnificent views.
Rice field walk
We can organize your walk with Putu, we have known him and his family for 10 years, and we love them!
Putu will take you into the countryside and the ricefields of Mayong Village.
You will see breathtaking panorama and you will learn about how the process of cultivating and farming rice.
During your walk you will find many local vegetation and tropical plants such as Clove, rambutan, avocado, coffee, jack fruit, cashew, pineapple, cocoa, manggosteen and many more. You will be able to observe local life in the countryside.
Putu can tell you a lot about medecinal plants, herbs and spices.
After the walk you will enjoy a delicious Balinese lunch in Putu’s house cooked by his wonderful wife Ria.

Welcome to the perfect place for unforgettable holidays, located in the relaxed North of Bali on the Umeanyar Beach: ‘ The Kundalini Villa’s. Two comfortable four bedrooms pool-villas: Villa Bagus and Villa Cantik. Fully vaccinated staff.
This is a private villa, no other guest in the villa, pool or garden. Our aim is to offer our guests an unforgettable holiday, whether as a family, friends, or for a romantic getaway, in the freedom and privacy of your own pool-villa.
Each villa has its own lush tropical garden 2150 m2 with direct private access to the beach, a private 50m2 natural stone private pool and gazebo ‘bale bengong’, overlooking the Bali Sea and the contours of East-Java mountains, where you can idle away the hours watching a local fishing boat or two awaiting their daily catch, just relax and have a massage or take a nap.
Our manager Dini and her staff loves to take care of you 24/7. We have a cook, housekeeping, gardener, poolman, beach-man, handyman, security, driver and supervisor. Each of our staff member has one day off per week. You can always discuss the working hours of our staff with our manager Dini. Dini can arrange everything for you, from transport and trips in the area to a wedding with everything that goes with it. She speaks english well and is available 24/7 for emergencies.
Our cooks prepares delicious meals for you.
They love to cook for young and old and we have an extensive menu with breakfast, lunch and dinner. Balinese dishes, but also Mediterranean, Thai , Indian and European. She get the groceries, prepares breakfast, lunch and dinner if you wish. Cooking is included, you only pay the bill of the groceries.
The kitchen is fully equipped, you will find everything you need. A large fridge with large freezer, microwave, rice cooker, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, Senseo machine, cold and hot drinking water machine are available. The staff takes care of your laundry and ironing.
Yon is happy to take you on a day trip to one of the many beautiful sights of North Bali.
Handara, one of Asia’s most beautiful golf courses is only 1 hour away.
During your stay, our supervisor always has a car and driver available for you. You pay per ride to the driver. The fixed price list is in the villa.
It is wonderful to drive a scooter in Bali. For some a little getting used to driving on the left. you can rent a 125cc scooter incl helmet for 70,000 Idr per day (about € 4 per day and minimum 3 days) driving or moped license is usually sufficient.
Our ‘house’ Kundalini Coral Reef, just in front of your villa is also spectacular. You will find a variety of coral and coral fish. Octopus, blue starfish, sea cucumber, blue spotted stingray, pufferfish, trumpetfish, frogfish, sea stars, cuttlefish, shrimps, nudibranchs, crocodile needle fish, scorpion fish, stone fish, lion fish…. The Kundalini reef is following the shore just a few hundreds meters away from Puri Jati. The nicest part of it is at the shallow portion at some 5 – 10 meters, just in front of our villa. Colors of the corals and table corals are outstanding beautifully on a black sand background. If you are lucky you can even sea turtles and schools of tuna.
Massage / Spa
We can arrange all kinds of massages and spa treatments like packages, bodyscrubs and wraps, facials, manicure, pedicure, by our professional beauty/ relax team from our Home Spa. They believe that health, wellness and happiness are of great importance in life. The therapists will come to the gazebo at the villa. They have a wide range of massages and beauty treatments. Especially for our guests they have put together a wellness package with four treatments at a discount. In these treatments they use natural products, including homemade coconut oil, fresh coconut scrub and fresh aloe vera from our own garden.
Yoga
Our yoga teacher is happy to come to the villa for private- or group -yoga classes. We have yoga mats and yoga cushions for you in the villa.
Balinese dance and music
We can organize a beautiful traditional Balinese music and or dance performance for you in the garden of the villa.
Sunrise Dolphin Spotting
You can be picked up by the traditional ‘Jukung’ boat, at sunrise on our private beach, to spot dolphins. You can see different types in the Kundalini bay. Most seen is the ‘spinner dolphin’ they play around your boat.
Join a local ‘Jukung’ fishing boat on the Bali Sea to catch tuna. Or cast a net or line right in front of the villa, just like the local fishermen.
Of course you can also buy fresh fish at the fishing village when you see the boats arriving with their catch. Our chef is happy to prepare it with love and pleasure into a very tasty meal.
Wedding
And of course we often organize a wedding. In addition to our two villas, we can accommodate a total of 48 people in a further 4 equal villas within walking distance.

Every message and request is literally answered and acted upon immediately. No matter whether a boat tour with dolphins at sunrise is to be booked or a massage is desired. The whole team really does a great job here!
The same goes for the cook, who prepared such delicious meals for us that I ordered the same dish every night in a row (and of course tried many more).
And speaking of food. The view while eating is incredible. The pool, the sea and the mountains + the volcano from Java in the background look like painted. I don't think I've ever seen such a perfect scenery before. Simply wow.
We can only (strongly) recommend this Airbnb and will be back.

When you book at this place you get more then a villa, you get an incredible support staff that help with anything. Massages, COVID testing, air port pick up, fresh cooked incredible meals, motorcycle rentals, snorkeling tours, dolphin tours, local restaurant recommendations etc. The staff at this villa really make the stay incredible. They are amazing people who take pride in what they do and are genuinely good people.
The villa itself is great but the massive pool and garden are spectacular. This trip is perfect for people working on vacation, families with kids, couples really anyone. You have to stay here. We will definitely be staying here again and can’t wait. read less - 4/11/2022

My family and I really have good time in this villa. Swimming in pool, observe the birds in the dining table every morning, walk around paddy field, play around the beach, snorkeling, dolphin watching (amazing experience!).
Thessa and the staff are really communicative. Mbak Dini always checking us and ready to answer our WA chat. Mbok Ketut that have amazing cooking skill (Must try: Ayam goreng, the sambal, Lemon Pie, Granita!).
We also have assist from Pak Made and Putu for snorkeling and mbak Dini get us some fisherman to pick us in early morning for dolphin watching.
