For a woman to get pregnant she needs to be fertile - that happens when she starts getting her periods regularly, and than she has to have sex and by that I mean a full intercourse where man ejaculates inside her vagina. I think you are far far away from needing to worry about getting your girlfriend pregnant, just stick to the kissing and you are fine :-)

To get pregnant a girl and boy both need to have hit puberty and have sex.
