I have heard about kinky world a few times by now, and i have been told it is one, if not the best of all mods. However, i cannot seem to find a download link for it, most of the one i find are dead.

I heard that it's not compatible with the NRAAS mods and would cause serious problems to our save files, since the mod has not been updated to the latest patch for quite a long time.

Oniki Kay's Kinky World mod provides drug use activity, including growing and smoking marijuana and Viagra, but it is a heavy mod that includes much much more. I don't know if this is what you are using or not.
This new Kinky World update has almost completely eliminated the lag and buggyness of the KW mod. Make sure to read the mods description for more information on the update and install instructions.
KinkyWorld is a heavy mod that's more detailed and more kink-oriented than Passion (at least from what I've heard). Due to it being such a heavy mod, however, it's clashes with most Nraas mods and other heavy mods. The mod also has a tendency to corrupt your save, so if you plan on using this mod, make sure to have a backup of your saves.
It's a very intrusive mod that can absolutely destroy your save if you're unlucky, so never use it on precious legacy saves. In my experience certain things in the mod are more likely to cause corruption, so I don't or rarely use them (the acting (porn) career mostly, I have had weird things happening with that one!)

Kinky world is still available, but you can only download it if you create an account on the adult site it is hosted on, or if you get someone who has it to send you the files. edit: I believe there are some other mods, like, I believe I have heard "passion mod" mentioned?
Kinky World is the most disorganized, buggy, demented piece of crap. Thankfully I was able to recover my saves even after uninstalling, but it took a LOT of work.
Unless I find a major bug in the meantime, Kinky World version 0.3 should be available for everyone this weekend. This build will contains all features from the current build reserved to $5+ patrons. + The New Animation System for perfect synchronization while still allowing dynamic joining and switching.
An alternative to "Kinky World" is a mod called "Passion" by TwilightStorm. "Passion" is basically the same as "Kinky World" just with less settings and your game won't hate you.
Modding or installing mods is fairly simple. Typically you just download the mod and extract the package to: C:\Users\muttl\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages - Or similar directory. If you're into lewd, I highly recommend Kinkyworld, it's highly configurable and has enough options and features to satisfy even the most depraved.

On LL. Someone is fixing the script optimizations so its runs way better than it used to a couple of years ago. It will specify that it's the updated version. Passion mod is still more lightweight and doesn't have the suspicious features but it's still your choice, just giving you an alternative in case you didn't know

At the very least organize your CC by type - clothing, hair, objects, mods. Always keep your mods separate from everything else. If something goes wrong, you want to be able to remove them all and put them back in to quickly and painlessly find the problem mod. 2a. Copy/paste the entire Sims 3 folder into a new location, let's say Desktop.

- there is a another mod in the downloads that adds videos for the kinky television channels. By default with KW, you get kinky tv stations, but there are no actual videos with them. The basic instructions in the main Kinky World thread in the downloads are still accurate, and should be enough to get you started.
