Yes it’s free! On FB join the group called Spicy Sims 3. Everything you need is on this page. The leader of the group has it all on google drive. Don’t pay for it like a chump lol also google top 25 sims mods. For some even better ways to sweeten the game.

I'm developing a mod called Risky Whims and wanted to throw the idea around and get some feedback. Please be aware that Risky Whims is an adult mod similar to Basemental Drugs and WickedWhims, so please keep the comments on-topic and refrain from any anti-adult-mod commentary. I'm looking for constructive feedback only. Thanks!
Risky Whims is something I decided to work on after noticing how popular Basemental Drugs and WickedWhims are in the Sims community. A lot of people love the added depth and realism to their games, and thought the same people would like another level of depth and realism. Risky Whims is essentially a mod that adds communicable diseases that function the same as vanilla illnesses, but with more depth in terms of rapid need decay, negative moodlets, and the chance of passing the diseases to other Sims. You know, like real life, for the most part.
These moodlets and modifiers will feature altered moods and needs, some temporary, some semi-permanent, and some entirely permanent. Sims will experience symptoms based on the moodlets they receive and can schedule a medical check-up (similar to Private Practice) and upon return, will be aware of what ailment they have and how to treat it/be free of it, usually by medicine since I want Risky Whims to be simplified to start with, before growing more complex.
I've reached out to Turbodriver who created WickedWhims to see if they'll allow me to develop Risky Whims to have cross-functionality. If I get the green light, awesome! If not, no big deal; Risky Whims is being developed as a standalone anyway, for those who don't want to use WickedWhims.
I've created a Patreon page as a start, and to try and build a fanbase and get support, but Risky Whims will be available for free as well. And no, I'm not soliciting donations from anyone here, just bringing this to your attention. Again, Risky Whims will be free as well!

Other users have kindly pointed out that the name Risky Whims could cause confusion in regard to WickedWhims. Definite oversight on my part. Especially with the idea of expanding beyond STDs and STIs and eventually creating mental illnesses and other ailments, Risky Whims will be renamed to something more appropriate for the eventual comprehensive features of the mod.

After a ton of amazing feedback, I decided to change the name to avoid confusion with WickedWhims and also, I've decided to expand to in-depth physical and mental illnesses! Otherwise I think this is a great idea. I loved the viruses that nraas (or the people that took over?) added to sims 3 and I've just started using Private Practice and wish the health ailments section was more fleshed out
