The 2022 Kink Gap XL BMX Bike is the build of the Gap, but utilizes a 21" toptube for taller riders. Maintenance is kept low and strength is kept high with the sealed headset, bottom bracket, and rear cassette wheel as well as the aftermarket components included in this build. The Kink Plymouth stealth pivotal seat, Kink Ridge 3-piece cranks, and Mission Cease V2 brakes assert a modern design that uses the same parts that other riders are upgrading to. Packaging was great, overall the bike works everything seems secure I haven’t had time to take it anywhere but it seems like it will work for me. Assembly was quick and easy no issues. The bike did have a spots on it where it looks like it had been scratched or marked by other hardware but I don’t think it was from shipping. I’m not sure what that was about but I’m not to worried about it since it doesn’t effect the over all performance of the bike because it’s just paint, plus I’ll be adding more scraps and dings in the future anyway. Loved the coupons and deal. Also loved the sticker sheet and Option to add reflectors everywhere.

The front rim has also been upgraded to the Mission Mylar, giving this bike double wall rims both front and rear. Topping off all the great functionality, the Whip comes in a Gloss Black Fade colorway.
Featuring Kink Stryker forks, 9” Kink T900 bars and Kink Ridge 3-piece tubular chromoly cranks, the Whip is fitted with great components featuring modern geometry. Adding to all these specs are the comfortable Kink Ace flangeless grips, Kink Hemlock pedals, and Mission Nexus sprocket. Retailing for a price everyone can agree with, the Whip cannot be beaten.

The 2022 Kink Whip BMX Bike takes things to the next level with components made from chromoly and every bearing being fully sealed for pro level strength and performance. The frame, forks, handlebars, and cranks are constructed out of 100% 4130 chromoly, the same material that can be found on top level bikes. Kink didn't stop there. They also included many other parts that can be ordered as aftermarket upgrades such as the Bold stem, Hemlocks, Nexus 25 tooth sprocket, and Duran stealth pivotal seat. It's hard to believe the price when seeing everything the Kink Whip comes with.
