If they could manage to capture the actual motion of the foreskin, during sex, that would put this product in a place where it is the thing it is trying to be.
Truth is, you're just buying a regular toy with a sleeve (that need to be lubricated beforehand) that serves no purpose. You will feel no difference using the toy without the sleeve, though I will admit that the toy itself is not bad...hence the three stars.

I played around with it for quite some time and reached the conclusion that it’s just a novelty and more trouble than it’s worth. The sleeve does add to the girth otherwise I’d have just left it off. It’s probably one of those things that will end up staying in the drawer. I would not recommend it nor would I purchase it again.
