Kim Yeon-kyeon, Lee Sun-woo, and Kwon Min-ji join the volleyball team in August

The South Korean women's volleyball team salutes the national flag ahead of the 2023 Suwon Volleyball Nations League match against Bulgaria at Chilbo Gymnasium in Seosuwon on the 27th. 

The Korea Volleyball Association announced the list of women's volleyball teams to be convened at the Jincheon National Training Center on the 6th of next month.

The association announced a list of 16 players to convene in August.

Among the setters, Kim Da-in Hyundai Engineering & Construction and Kim Ji-won GS Caltex were chosen by coach Cesar Hernandez. Kim Yeon-gyeon Hyundai Engineering & Construction and Moon Jung-won Korea Expressway Corporation were named Libero. Among the middle blockers, Park Eun-jin, Jung Ho-young hereinafter referred to as KGC Ginseng Corporation, Lee Da-hyun Hyundai Engineering & Construction, and Lee Joo-ah Heungkuk Life Insurance, who participated in the 2023 Volleyball Nations League, will join. Apogit Spikers included Kim Dae-eun Heungguk Life Insurance and Lee Sun-woo KGC Ginseng Corporation. Cesar will arrive in Korea on the 2nd of next month to watch the women's game of the 2023 Gumi-Dodram Cup Professional Volleyball Tournament before entering Jincheon National Training Center. After three weeks of reinforcement training, she will leave for Thailand on the 28th and participate in the Asian Women's Volleyball Championship in Nakhon Ratchasima from the 30th to September 6th.
