kim phat has been around since forever! i remember coming into his store when i was little with my dad and being "buzzed" in like we're going to jail, haha. my dad has had custom pieces made by him including a few bling bling 24k gold bracelets with our last name, my dad likes gaudy pieces might i add (like a rapper) and kim phat just goes with it and creates it for you. he'll make you anything including stuff my style which are more delicate pieces. he made me a delicate name necklace and bracelet. i'm getting a custom ring made and he was very patient with the kind of design i want. his prices are fair and he has a good turn around time.
Went into Kim Phat today looking to treat myself to a necklace. Kim is very friendly, hardworking, and knowledgeable and nonjudgmental. He found the exact necklace length, chain style and pendants! I am so happy with my purchase. My parents have been coming here for many years and so I chose to come here :). I highly recommend him for your jewelry needs and will be back for more!
Worse Jewelry shop ever!!! They're not goin to entertain you! The guy there just sitting and talking on the phone. I've waited for 15 minutes and left! Worse Jewelry shop ever!!!!
Kim is very helpful! My mom & mother-in-law has been going to Kim since the 90's. Yes, the wait is long, but when he gets to you he gives you great customer service. He gives honest jeweler's opinion, not just a salesperson's opinion trying to get you to buy something. I had my original engagement ring diamond put in a pendant because I got an upgrade. It took them less than an hour to place it in the pendant setting. I felt safe that they weren't switching my diamond like other jewelry stores where you leave it there. My friend had resized her ring at Helzberg and they switched the diamond. She didn't know until months later. You will definitely not get scammed at Kim Phat's. He's trusted & reputable.
This guy is a total RIP off bought a chain for 5000 got appraised for 2000 stay away from this place go to someone reportable
RUDE. after diligently waiting seeing person after person (even those that were buzzed in and arrived after me), I nicely said "excuse me, but I've been waiting here". He gave me the fucking hand and mumbled something as he proceeded to help the next person! Thought to give this business a chance. There are better places. Oh well.
SUPER RUDE. he didnt mind my mom & i at all. we were there for over an hour just waiting for him to open and let us try on jewelry or even getting his attention. when new customers came in, he cared about them first. he said we were annoying that we kept on trying on jewelry but we were buying a lot. so we complained that his customer service sucks. and he said "i dont care about customer service!" like who says that lol???? he got nice and quiet once we bought everything....great price but i never experienced such a rude guy! it was so irritating just to get his attention
I really like coming here because of the reasonable prices of the gold jewelry. I think he is fair with prices not like other jewelry stores I've visited in the past.
I have seen this store since I 2000 but never really see what they got there until today...I got me a clip small earring and the price is reasonable and Mr.Khim were very nice and helpful...I will be back to get some more jewelry from him for sure...Thanks Mr.Khim
Been coming here for years. The owner is super nice and get the job done right away. I came here to get mine and my husbands rings resized and he did charge us a lot and only waited 30mins. On top of it all he cleaned both our rings for free!
