The corresponding rating was compiled by the British Economist magazine.
The capital of Ukraine entered the top ten least livable cities, taking 166th place out of 173 possible. Kiev turned out to be even lower than the capital of Zimbabwe, Harare.
Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark, became the best city for the second year in a row.
The assessment took into account health, culture and the environment, education, infrastructure and stability.
