Further to the widespread outrage yesterday about Child porn imagery here on DA Even after myself and many others reported this image and the user, no action has as yet been taken by DA to remove these images which can still be accessed Reporting the actual image doesn't seem to generate any response, so perhaps contacting the DA moderators more directly will Ok first off, for anyone wanting to put in an abuse report Go to the bottom of this page and click "contact us" then click on "main customer service" there will be a drop down menu, select "Abuse report" I'm afraid you are going to need the pervs username "voyeurman" and the link to the offending material voyeurman.deviantart.com/art/p… There is no way we should have to accept these disturbing pedophile images on a public website such as this Get these bastards off this website and flush them down the shit-hole where they belong! AGHRMHRRRRR!! I know they removed it now, but this is the letter I got from them today: "Your Explicit Pornography Violation Report on playground upskirt [link] was reviewed by a member of the staff and action was taken, marking the report as Invalid. Additionally, the following comment was provided: Thank you for your report. A member of our staff has reviewed the deviation but has found that it does not meet the current official definition for "pornography" which is in use. Please remember that while this image might meet your own personal definition for "pornography", your personal view and official policy could differ in several areas." They must've gotten enough complaints to decide they were playing with fire. Regardless, I think this is the last month I'm paying for premium membership. I refuse to give my money to such a-holes.
Hi Maria, The reply that I recieved was a bit of an insult to the intelligence too. "Hello, hello. Thank you for contacting deviantART, I will be assisting you with your support ticket. We have checked over the activity associated with this profile and have found that it is completely unacceptable so we will be removing this individual from the community, along with their submissions. (That said, it does not appear that these models were actually underage, but were younger looking models staging the "upskirt" photos.) Please let us know if you see this sort of thing happening again. Thank you. Don't go reacting too quick though, I've not had much time to think about my next move, but not paying for a premier account is top of my list too if I don't get some kind of satisfaction on this matter. ....no way I'm going to be treated like a fucking child
Oh geeeez. It does not "appear" that they're underage? Unless they have the model release stating her age, how the heck would they know? That said, it's possible. When I was getting married strangers were frowning because they thought I was a 12 year old kid when I was actually 20.
It is a total mystery to me, and even if this is the case then why is it not plainly stated with the image that the models are of an age? personally I don't believe it without proof!

Well seems like an arse covering tactic on DA's part to me, Michael...oops think there was an unintentional pun in that statement!
I followed your link and it said "Oops, the page you were looking for doesn't exist". Therefore, I think that the original image has been wiped off by DA, but I read in the comments above that people have been copying it & posting it, so presumably it still exists somewhere. What I found so disgusting was not the photograph of the schoolgirl (the one that I saw was just a girl with a school uniform on, sitting on the ground with her skirt twisted a bit, showing the top of her thigh & a little bit of covered crotch), but the horny & lascivious comments from people beneath it, along with the user id names of these perverts, such as VoyeurMan & UpliftedSkirts. As somebody who has suffered sexual abuse by paedophiles at a much younger age than this girl & as the mother of a now adult daughter as well as 3 adult sons, I find the whole business disgusting & offensive. Porn involving consenting adults is one thing, but stuff like this that is uploaded for dirty old bastards of any age to drool over & isn't even pretending to be art is repulsive. There's enough shit on DA that pretends to be art & is merely soft core porn for various fetishists to masturbate to, without dragging kids into the mix too. That said, I have nothing against erotic art or photography that really is art. The photo of the schoolgirl was merely a snapshot taken by....who? Was it somebody watching kids & taking photos like that on purpose? It wouldn't have meant anything much except for a lousy photograph, if it hadn't been for the sicko comments and user id's of the commenters. It bothers me that somebody who was watching the girl took the photo. Somebody who got turned on just by a skirt lifting up a bit when somebody was sitting down. Who was this person? Was he known to the girl? Probably not. I believe that he and the pervert commenters should all be kicked off the site.
That is so fucking terrible, Zara, I'm lost for words on what to say to you on this, I have a grown up daughter and the thought of anything like that happening to her would cause me to lose my mind. It is so easy for people to just dismiss things like this, like it is just another topic to discuss then shove in a drawer when it's not at the top of the interest chart anymore. It might "just" be the internet! but we are all flesh and blood people with histories and experiences...I've been on the hell trip too my dear, not exactly the same road as you but certainly traumatic and life changing. I get the feeling that you are a very strong woman and an amazing mother, what you have had to endure has given you the gifts to be an exeptional person. I don't think that it's old fashioned at all. I've met enough people on the net & on DA too who have been abused &/or are still getting abused, unfortunately. Good news! It's been removed. And I also received two notes regarding ithers I had reported, which have also been removed
It is good that they have removed these images,Carole, but it does seem as though they are doing it quite defensively and with a less than enthusiastic resolve according to some of the complaint responses.
That's disappointing to know. The responses I've received have all been OK, but I only filed report violations. So far, they haven't contested any of my reports, which gives some reassurance, even though it's a far from ideal system (mainly due to the time it takes and the nature of the material in question).
He was going by another name yesterday, & also deleted his own account, so how was he allowed to reactivate it to change his name only to deactivate it again? Is it a way of getting around being banned? If so then DA should close this loophole...Preferably around his neck.
dunno? Looks to me like he just reactivated it to change the name before deactivating it, but i don't really understand modern technology & how this site works.
