Responsibilities:

  • To grow category/customer-based annual turnover of the unit in line with set targets
  • To grow category/brand/sku distribution (listings) in related Key Accounts customers
  • To work with & contribute to his/her management in commercial planning and to execute annual plan fully by securing alignment with customers
  • To track customers performance against set annual goals & targets to ensure on-time corrective actions in coordination/alignment with upper management
  • To ensure proper spending and reporting of all pre-set/pre-approved trade funds at related customer base
  • To execute category/brand/sku based in-store expectations set by Trade Marketing in related customers, track performance and take necessary corrective actions
  • To lead by-customer Opportunity & Risk analysis for taking actions that will ensure regular and proper growth for company’s business with related Key Accounts customers in the unit

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-6 years’ sales background in FMCG sector with a record of proven success. Experience in a global FMCG supplier and/or experience in a start-up FMCG company in Russia are preferable
  • Skills &Capabilities:
  1. Experience in a KAM role or at least satisfactory experience in a KAE role at Key Accounts sales with proven success
  2. Experience in JBP development, contract negotiations, managing trade terms and trade funds, network management, decision tree modelling
  3. Proven record of team management & leadership
  4. Strong analytical skills, presentation capabilities
  5. Knowledge of English language – Intermediate
