This bottle arrived with no seal and it was only 75-80% full which is a bummer. If I stick my pointer finger fully into the bottle, the tip of my finger will touch conditioner. I wonder if there was a mishap or spill prior to/during shipping?

I absolutely love Kevin Murphy products. This conditioner makes my hair soft and shiny, full of bounce and makes it appear healthy. Some reviewers have stated they thought they got a fake product, I can say what I received was the real deal. Depending on the batch and age of the product, there will be slight variances in the color. However, the smell is consistant. This product has a nice, light herbal smell that I believe would be pleasing to most people.

This is the best shampoo and rinse I have ever used. I love it. My hair feels and looks healthy and shiny. Love it.
This Kevin Murphy shampoo and conditioner is one of the only kinds that doesn't dry out my color treated hair. I wish I could use cheaper shampoos, but I've tried many and they dry out my hair. Unfortunately, I have to spend $70 on these two products in order for my hair not to break and fall off.
This is by far the best hair care I’ve ever used. My stylist uses it and I just had to have some. I’m a user of Kevin Murphy for life now. I have a couple other products and they are all amazing!
As a second attempt to order this Kevin Murphy Shampoo/Conditioner combo pack, the shampoo was completely sealed but the conditioner had NO seal which leaked out on the packaging. Unfortunately in the first combo order, I only received the shampoo so I submitted a return using the reason missing parts (no other selection fit) and I was asked to return the unopened shampoo even though I just wanted the missing conditioner. Even though this order leaked conditioner, I didn't want to go thru hassle of returning again.
I rolled my eyes at all the reviews commenting about the smell. "How bad could it be?" I naiively asked myself. Well, the answer is REALLY bad. It's like fake, floral hand soap smeared onto your head. It's impossible to ignore or get used to and it never goes away. I wanted to shave my hair off to get away from the horrid smell. Don't do it. Just...trust me.
I have used these products for a few years now from my salon. I decided to try it from Amazon even though many reviews said the scent and texture wasn't the same.. thinking it was a copy. It absolutely is the real product and paid quite a bit less then my salon
The scent is amazing. I love how it makes my fine hair feel. Only issue is the weird shape of the bottle. I left it upside-down overnight and the entire NEW bottle of shampoo ran down the drain. Wasn't really happy with that! 😕

Den Preis absolut nicht wert!
Ich habe das Shampoo und den Conditioner jetzt c.a. einen Monat täglich verwendet. Erst wollte ich dem Produkt 2 Sterne geben aufgrund des schnellen Versandes und der Ergiebigkeit. Bei längerem Nachdenken steht der Preis jedoch in keinem Verhältnis zur Leistung. Ja es ist ein Shampoo welches die Haare wäscht. Punkt. Tut ein Shampoo für 1,99€ allerdings auch. Dazu riecht es wirklich wirklich fürchterlich! Ich bin bestimmt nicht sensibel was Gerüche angeht und mag es eigentlich ganz gern herb. Aber das riecht wirklich wie ältere Herren die sich zum Tanz mit billigem Moschus eingenieselt haben! Die plumping- Wirkung ist schon leicht zu erkennen. Allerdings nur unmittelbar nach dem Föhnen und keinesfalls dauerhaft. Mein Haar ist nicht mal besonders glänzend oder sieht auch nicht gesünder aus. Zu dem Preis ein absoluter Flop. Da sind andere Marken vom Friseur 1000y effektiver.
