It looks like the Kevin Hart sex tape scandal is officially over and done with.
For some celebrities, like Kim Kardashian and Farrah Abraham , having a sex tape go public made them even more famous than they were before the tapes came out.
But for others, like Nadya " Octomom " Suleman, the tape did nothing substantial for their careers and was just a huge embarrassment.
Unfortunately, the Kevin Hart sex tape seemed to be more like the second group — and since it first came out publicly in 2017, it continued to be the gift that kept on giving. Until now, that is.
The public can forgive sex tapes and cheaters, but when the cheater is being unfaithful for the second time with the woman they were cheating with before — except this time, she's his very pregnant wife and he considers himself a Christian — they may have a more difficult time forgiving him.
In each part, the videographer (and possible partner) put in some of Hart's recent quotes about his life, marriage, and values, though there's no mistaking what the slapping sounds are.
While the videos are hardly graphic, they do show a naked man, allegedly Hart, walking around the room.
The videos may be blurry, but they're obvious enough with what they're trying to convey: Kevin Hart wasn't honoring his marriage vows or his promises to do better after cheating on his first wife.
Hart later came out and apologized to his wife Eniko Hart and their kids, saying he felt as if he had a target on his back and, because of that, he should be making smart decisions, but instead made a bad error in judgment.
He also said he had a "s****y moment where you know you're wrong." He regrets the mistakes he's made and deeply regrets the hurt he's caused.
Meanwhile, the woman who recorded the Kevin Hart sex tape admitted that she wanted to extort money from Hart!
And the reason he put together the whole Texas Hurricane Relief Fund was to counter-balance the damaging footage that would expose him for the "liar and cheater he is." The FBI was on the case and brough a suspect into custody.
She was trying to sue him for $60 million dollars, saying Hart was in on the whole thing. On Sept 20, 2019, Sabbag, who was represented by famed Hollywood lawyer Lisa Bloom, gave a press conference — the first time Hart's accuser had spoken publicly.
In October 2019, Hart filed a request to extend his answer to Sabbag's lawsuit — he was being sued by her for emotional distress and invasion of privacy — to an additional 30 days, saying that Sabbag was trying to "drag out the case."
In November 2019, Sabbag shot back, refiling her lawsuit with Hart for the third time; twice before, the court dismissed her claims for "lack of subject matter jurisdiction."
Her claim that she "suffered, and continues to suffer, tremendous emotional distress" over said sex tape had remained the same since the initial filing.
A federal judge recently ordered that all of Sabbag's claims against Hart in the 60 million dollar lawsuit have been dismissed. The court found that the suit was brought in the wrong venue.
Before the decision was made, Hart had already been attempting to get the lawsuit dismissed and had also claimed that Sabbag had never even given him the legal documents.
The court order stated, "Court finds that Plaintiff is domiciled in California. Because Plaintiff and defendants Kevin Hart and Jonathan Todd Jackson are all California citizens, there is no complete diversity of all parties in this action. The Court therefore lacks federal subject matter jurisdiction over Plaintiff’s claims."
Let's hope that Hart has learned his lesson this time, and will work on being the best husband and father he could possibly be.
He's older now, and maybe this sex tape scandal has made him a lot wiser.
The past is in the past, clearly, because Eniko Hart stuck by her husband through the difficult times, and the pair welcomed their second child together in Sept. of this year.

The Los Angeles District Attorney's office dismissed the extortion charge against Kevin Hart's former best friend JT Jackson, and we've obtained a copy of the cash demand at the center of the criminal charge and sex tape scandal.
According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, prosecutors were given an Instagram message that was deemed to be an extortionist threat to the actor.
"Give me $5 Million or I'm releasing the video. No need to make this go public. You had your chance," the message read.
Using this information, the district attorney was able to obtain search warrants for the identity of who was behind the account.
Also, they used similar information to raid the home of JT Jackson, the alleged suspect behind the demand.
The belief by investigators was that the accounts were somehow related or operated by JT Jackson or people working with Hart's friend.
According to our sources, it turned out the message itself was in the comment section of Instagram and associated to a video apology made by Hart to his family.
Plus, it turns out the account "misterjood," was actually a person in New Jersey who was just trolling the actor.
Jackson's legal team even reached a commenter who reacted to the threat, who was a young man in Texas. Jackson's team says none of these individuals are connected to him.
The Blast broke the story, upon learning the threat came from an online troll, the DA dropped the extortion charge against Jackson and filed documents admitting the theory about the Instagram didn't pan out.
Sources close to Kevin Hart tell us, there is still a mountain of evidence that JT Jackson was involved in the illegal filming of the sex tape and its attempted sale. Just not over Instagram.
Jackson is still facing several felonies including obtaining the sex tape as stolen property, and trying to sell it.
We're told several demands were also made via email, and prosecutors believe they have good evidence the IP address behind the emails is Jackson.
Kevin Hart was sued for millions of dollars for allegedly orchestrating the entire sex tape scandal for publicity for his comedy special.
Hart has denied any involvement, and has maintained he is victim in all aspects of this case .

From the lip drag to the nose touch, the "About Last Night" star revealed how he "practiced his sexy things to do," for the new raunchy comedy.

Fans of Kevin Hart are going to see an awful lot more of the comedian in his new film About Last Night , the hilarious star assured Jimmy Kimmel on Thursday night’s Jimmy Kimmel Live!
“It is really good. We’re dealing with relationships in a real way,” he explained. “I feel like it is my best work to date. I can’t wait for people to see it. I feel like I am a grown man in this movie.”
Along with his newfound emotional depth — expect a plenty of flesh too, he warned .
“The goose is loose!” laughed Hart, referring to raunchy scenes in the latest adaptation from David Mamet ’s play Sexual Perversity in Chicago .
“I practiced my moves, I practiced my sexy things to do,” he said. “Am I going to go with the nose touch? Any time you say something heartfelt, you touch a girl’s nose … Or do you go with the traditional lip drag?” which he revealed is a subtle way to make her stop talking. “There are so many choices because I feel so sexy.”
Dumbfounded Kimmel confessed that he “didn’t know about either one of those moves,” but the Ride Along actor warned him that he probably shouldn’t try them: “It’s not safe — I wouldn’t do it, I just said that these are ideas.”
The ensemble comedy — which also stars Regina Hall , Joy Bryant and Michael Ealy — is not the only place where there’s a chance of spotting a naked Hart this Valentine’s Day, as he warned that he might strip for sports fans on Friday night after the NBA All-Star Celebrity Game.
After being named MVP two years in a row, “I am going for a three-peat this year,” he vowed. “If I do, I am walking away from the game of basketball as a champion. I am going to be butt naked on the court.
Hart, who takes the game seriously, continued: “I am going to leave my uniform like as if I walked in the house and somebody took advantage of me. I am going to leave all my clothes out and walk off butt naked as a three-time MVP.”
“They will probably tackle me before I pull the hammer out! I am going full nudity going off the court,” he laughed, much to Kimmel’s bemusement.
About Last Night opens in theaters on Friday, and the NBA All-Star Celebrity Game airs that same night on ESPN at 7 p.m . ET.
Hart will be joined by Michael B. Jordan , Victoria’s Secret model Erin Heatherton , Nick Cannon , Grey’s Anatomy ‘s Jesse Williams and Scandal ‘s Columbus Short , along with WNBA players Skylar Diggins and Elena Delle Donne , and coaches Jalen Rose and Bill Simmons of ESPN’s NBA Countdown .
