Kesha, after combating a long-drawn legal battle, depression, and eating disorder, finally seems to be happy, in fact in her own words, the singer is "happy as a damn clam." The True Colors hitmaker made a quick trip to the beach and later on posted a string of topless pictures on her Instagram account that were cropped mid-chest.
As she became one with nature, the pop-star followed up her nude selfies with a picture of her silhouette and dipping in the sea, with her bare back facing the camera.
Standing jubilantly in the water, the 29-year-old singer's wordy caption asserted her love for the self, "I have decided to take my life back," she wrote. With her hands raised defying the haters and the body-shamers, Kesha's uplifting message is indeed food for thought.
The Tik Tok hitmaker's heart-rending post threw light on the recent struggles she faced and her ongoing journey.

"I have been battling depression and an eating disorder for a while now," she wrote and continued to add, "My career is in a strange place and it feels like I'm fighting an uphill fight some days. But I have decided to take my life back. My freedom. My happiness. My voice. My worth."
After having fought an arduous legal battle with her former music producer Dr Luke , the singer seems to have traced her path back to music, as she recently released her single True Colors in collaboration with EDM artist Zedd. From what seems to be pictures of her tropical vacation, Kesha took the opportunity to slam her bodyshamers as she shares, "I will not just f***ing be quiet and hide."
On a note of personal happiness, the singer adds, "today I'm making that choice. And I'm happy as a damn clam," Followed by a statement peace-out emoji, the Die Young singer concludes, "and also a big ol f**k u if u wanna hate on my body. just remember that makes u look like a d**khead."
It seems Kesha is recovering from the days of her legal fight as she holidays on the beach, slamming haters, and getting n adorable "whale shark blob" tattoo.

She's been spending time in quarantine amid the ongoing coronavirus crisis.
And Kesha took the extra time at home to sunbathe topless in her garden, and shared a snap with fans via Instagram on Saturday.
The singer, 33, was sure to set pulses racing as she stripped off to top up her tan and covered up her modesty with floral emojis.

Kesha protected her face from the brilliant sun by wearing a bright pink cowboy hat that was adorned with silver sequins for a glamorous touch.
The Tik Tok hitmaker accessorised with chic gold earrings, and looked relaxed as she sat back on a plush white sun lounger.
Sharing an amusing caption with her followers, Kesha wrote: 'She’s a thirsty biiiiish'

The singer confirmed her decision to scrap her tour - which was due to begin in Texas on April 23 - due the pandemic via Instagram, describing it as 'heartbreaking'.
She wrote on the photo-sharing platform: 'This is heartbreaking, but the safety of my fans & crew is my number 1 priority. 'Because of the current situation, doing this tour in 2020 is no longer feasible.

'But that doesn't mean we can't celebrate and express ourselves together in spirit and online. I will do my best to bring you all as much art and music as I can, as we get through this all together. (sic)'
Despite her disappointment, Kesha insisted she can't wait to get back on the road.
And the singer - who released High Road at the end of January - is already looking ahead to touring in 2021.
The TiK ToK hitmaker added: 'Refunds will be available wherever you purchased your tickets. For any questions, reach out to your point of purchase.
'I truly can't wait to get back on the road again and play songs from High Road for you. Thank you for being here, and for your understanding.

It's no secret that naked dresses have become a staple of pretty much every red carpet. And singer Kesha is the latest to wear an iteration of the increasingly popular trend.

On Tuesday night, the "Praying" singer attended the Los Angeles premiere of Neon's Pig , starring Nicholas Cage, at the Nuart Theatre. Kesha posed on the red carpet sporting a black, sheer dress with a high-cut, thong bodysuit underneath. She accessorized the look with a single diamond bracelet and black nails, and her platinum blonde hair was parted down the middle. And at one point, the "Tik Tok" singer posed with the film's star, Cage, for a few photos.

The thriller drama about a truffle forager (played by Cage) whose truffle-sniffing pig mysteriously goes missing is set to be released July 16. The film is directed by Michael Sarnoski, in his directorial debut.

Her glowing appearance may be a result of a recent victory in her ongoing legal battle against producer Dr. Luke, which will allow her to seek punitive and compensatory damages, which also includes having legal costs from the last seven years covered by the produce, notes DailyMail .

The producer sued the star in 2014 after she came forward saying he drugged and raped her and also sexually assaulted Katy Perry. Since the producer was declared a private figure, he must prove Kesha had "malicious intent."

"At trial, a jury will agree that Kesha is telling the truth, and thus necessarily conclude that Dr. Luke knew he sexually assaulted Kesha in 2005, but nevertheless pursued for years a meritless (lawsuit)," the singers said in court papers.

The singer, 34, clutched a flowery scarf to her chest to protect her modesty as she climbed a giant tree and pointed her toe in an elegant pose.

She tilted her head back to look up at the sky letting her blonde locks cascade behind her as she posed in the idyllic forest.
The TikTok songstress captioned the image: 'I'm not extra, you are.'
The liberating post comes after Sony was denied a request to protect record contract details and other financial plans in Kesha's ongoing legal battle with Lukasz 'Dr. Luke' Gottwald.

New York Supreme Court Justice Jennifer Schecter denied Sony's request last month and ordered that contracts, business plans and financial records be unsealed in a matter of days, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Kesha's legal battle with her former producer Dr. Luke has been ongoing since 2014 when she filed a lawsuit alleging he raped her in a hotel more than 15 years ago.
The judge's ruling will pave the way for the public to learn more about music deal making than ever before.

Part of the ongoing battle revolves around how much Kesha has been paid for her work as an artist, which has all been kept secret and will be made public soon.
Sony Music had argued that the release of details such as royalty rates, artist advances, producer fees and recording budgets would cause 'substantial harm' to the company.
They also argued that, in terms of their record contract with Kesha, if those details were to be made public, 'Sony's competitors would likely use it to encourage artists and producers to sign with other record companies, instead of Sony.'
Fees: Part of the ongoing battle revolves around how much Kesha has been paid for her work as an artist, which has all been kept secret and will be made public soon.
Kesha's attorneys at O'Melveny stated: 'That is a stunning admission of the unreasonableness of Sony's deal terms for Kesha's albums.
'Sony, at bottom, may be embarrassed about the terms of the deal under which it is requiring Kesha––a Grammy-nominated artist who has generated enormous amounts of money for the label––to continue to work, but that is not a valid basis on which to keep the information confidential,' the statement added.
Both Kesha and Dr. Luke's teams have been preparing for the upcoming trial, with the O'Melveny team stating they plan on showing how her shoddy contract helped hide the ongoing abuse.
Kesha initially sued Dr. Luke back in October 2014, claiming he sexually assaulted and harassed her over 10 years of working together.
Dr. Luke countersued over the rape charge while Kesha filed another countersuit that his claims of defamation have no merit and are subjected to a law intended to protect free speech from frivolous litigation.
Schechter will soon start ruling over what evidence will be admissible in the trial.
