He has been called the face of the WWE. After making his main roster debut in the WWE in 2002, he would go on to etch his name in the history books of the organization with 24 total championships, 15 of which are World Championships.
His popularity in the ring has led to popularity out of it, as he’s starred or made appearances in a number of movies, including The Marine, 12 Rounds, Sisters, and a particularly memorable performance in Trainwreck . He’s also appeared in TV shows like Parks & Recreation , Saturday Night Live, and MADtv . And as if that’s not enough, he’s also a musician (if you can call it that). His debut hip-hop album, You Can’t See Me , which includes his entrance song, “The Time Is Now,” reached number three on the Billboard list of US Rap Albums.
Among his many accomplishments is his ability to attract members of the opposite sex. Like CM Punk , Cena has acquired a reputation for being a ladies' man, as he is believed to have dated a number of women in the WWE, including his current girlfriend, Nikki Bella (in fact, it might have been quicker to name the women he hasn’t hooked up with). His penchant for beautiful women got him in trouble when he was married and many have speculated that it was the source of his divorce from his wife and high school sweetheart Elizabeth Huberdeau.
So without further ado, here’s the list of the top 10 hottest women that John Cena has hooked up with. Some of these hookups are known facts, while others are merely rumors.
According to Kenn Doane, Cena’s divorce from his wife Liz was the result of his affair with Mickie James, a former TNA Knockout, one-time Divas Champion and five-time WWE Women’s Champion. To make matters worse, James was also in a relationship with Doane at the time. This wasn’t the only allegation of infidelity laid against Cena. His ex-wife believed that he had had several affairs throughout their relationship, and her lawyer said to TMZ , “We're definitely following up on every lead relative to his being unfaithful before AND after the separation.”
Mickie James has since moved on from Cena and married Nick Aldis, otherwise known as Magnus, an English wrestler and former TNA Heavyweight champion currently working for GFW Global Champion.
John Cena married his high school sweetheart, the beautiful Elizabeth Huberdeau, in 2009. Unfortunately, their relationship wouldn’t have a happy ending, as they divorced after just three years of marriage.
According to reports, Huberdeau was completely caught off guard when her husband said that he wanted a divorce and this prompted a nasty and public breakup. Huberdeau attacked Cena’s character in the media by claiming that he had cheated on her several times throughout their marriage and she sought to overturn their prenuptial agreements. Thankfully, they were able to settle their differences in private and Cena has now moved on to the stunning Nikki Bella. Not a bad rebound hookup.

Although she has been married to Lee Varon for over 20 years, many believe that she had an affair with Cena. Kenn Doane, the same person who threw Mickie James under the bus for (allegedly) hooking up with Cena, also threw Varon under the bus, implying that she was his “Diva road girlfriend.”
Varon, however, denied Doanne’s claims (sort of). She admits to dating Cena, but says that they weren’t having an affair: “We have separated a few times. One of those times that we were separated, I dated John for about a month. It was not in 2006 or 2007. It was in 2002. It was when we were both in Louisville. I was married but separated. According to Wrestling World News, Cena and Kelly Kelly, also known as Barbie Blank, were seeing one another while Cena was still married and Kelly Kelly took a break from the WWE so as to prevent the scandal from going public. Not much has been reported about the supposed affair, which might suggest that it’s pure fiction, but given Cena’s track record and his reputation as a womanizer, it doesn’t seem that far fetched.
Kelly is now married to former Montreal Canadiens defenseman Sheldon Souray and she was previously linked to CM Punk and Andrew Martin.

During an interview with Howard Stern back in 2006, Stern asked if Cena had hooked up with Carlson, his co-star in the 2006 action film The Marine . He’s found success as a musician ( You Can’t See Me gained platinum certification in 2005), an actor (leading roles in The Marine, 12 Rounds, Trainwreck, Bumblebee ), a philanthropist, and serial dater. It seems he can do no wrong. He has even granted over 600 wishes at the Make-A-Wish Foundation—the most in company history.

The 5’11” blonde has been known as “The Legs of WWE” and “The Weapon of Mass Seduction” thanks to her long legs.
