Keep an eye on Tucker Collins.
The 18-year-old college student was standing directly in front of the DTLA ICE facility’s exit on the street during a riot when he was hit in the right eye.
Collins’ eye was so severely damaged that it had to be surgically removed. He is now filing a $100 million Federal Tort Claim against the Department of Homeland Security.
