Kazakh-Speaking Partner Relations Manager

The Role:
We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated professional to join our Partner Relations team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and dynamic environment with learning and growing opportunities.
The main responsibilities of the position include:
* Develop and implement Partner retention strategies as per the Company’s overall strategy to enhance loyalty and maximize lifetime value
* Act as the main contact for Partners, fostering strong relationships through personalized support
* Monitor Partners’ satisfaction, gather and utilise relevant feedback to improve experiences and tailor initiatives accordingly
* Analyse Partners’ behavior to uncover opportunities for upselling and customisation of products and services
* Stay up to date on Company’s products and marketing promotions and communicate them effectively to Partners
* Communicate ideas and suggestions for platform improvements to the Business Development teams
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape and best practices in Partner retention, continuously seeking opportunities to improve the Company’s retention efforts
* Undertake any other relevant task as assigned
Main requirements:
* Degree in any business-related field
* Client handling experience in the financial services sector will be considered an advantage
* Fluent Kazakh speaker with excellent oral and written skills in English
* Reliable, with integrity of character
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
* Dynamic, innovative and target oriented
* Strong computer literacy
* Valid work permit required
