I think my lap times are slightly slower, but I ride a lot more calculated as far as line choices and corner entrance goes. I also noticed I focused a lot more on proper technique like trying to weigh the pegs down as much as possible, arm pump was non existent as well. I've only done it in an OHV area and a friends personal track, I would never think about racing or riding a busy open practice under the influence though, wouldn't want to be a hazard to fellow riders. I do have friends that toke up before every race and claim they don't fatigue as early on in hare scrambles. I smoke while I ride. Smoked a lot in the late 60's and early 70's until I got drafted in Practiced and trail rode after a joint. Always enjoyed the focus I got from weed. Keep in mind that generic weed of that time was a lot different than the engineered weed of today. A lot of moto heads in my age group smoked all the time and went to have a fabulous careers. They are life long smokers and are quite comfortable. Not getting stoned for them is more of an issue I also know a lot of people who function better in their daily lives after smoking weed.
