Kathy Drayton was born in Anchorage, Alaska, in 1988. However, nowadays she lives in Florida, where she is known for being a personal trainer for celebrities. Although she was not always into fitness. In fact, she tried to be a model when she first moved to Florida but was rejected, being told she did not have what it takes.
At the time, Drayton was married to a man who was a Christian hip-hop artist. Throughout the course of their relationship, she began to find a focus and love for fitness. She started taking her diet seriously, looking to prove people wrong who told her that she could not model. Ultimately she would discover that her husband had been cheating on her for a long time., Subsequently, they would divorce, which Kathy expressed joy over.
Drayton would not be kept down by these personal issues, however, shortly finding someone else. This man would be Luther Freeman, who shared her love for fitness. During this time, things began kicking up a notch, with the two working together to improve Kathy’s physique. Over this course of time, she went from a thin 118lb to a thick and curvy 157lb. This success and understanding of things that worked for shaping bodies led the two to start their own training plan and working with others.
Kathy Drayton and Luther Freeman began the 30 Day Transformation program, to help others reach their fitness goals. Luther is considered to be the brains of the program, referred to as the “Transformation Scientist.” On the other hand, Kathy took the role of the trainer, handling the online courses, and food prep.
Drayton created the 30 Day Transformation,with the goal to help you achieve whatever fitness goals you strive for. Her plans were created with a goal in mind of creating a fit, but curvy physique. However, if your goal is to tone down, or lose weight, she offers ways to do that, too. Kathy and her husband have clearly put a lot of thought into what they do, and they take a clinical approach to their diet and exercise plans.
This business began growing to the point where both Drayton and Freeman began gaining a strong reputation. The variety of results they can provide span to a wide range of people. As a result, they got some big profile clients, who started spreading their brand. Now they have expanded to have different workout plans for people of all kinds, and a strong social media following.
As it stands today, Drayton has 1.5 million Instagram followers, where she loves to spread positive energy and motivation to her fans. On top of that, the page for the 30 Day Transformation has amassed nearly 100k followers, showing just how her brand has begun to grow globally. At every turn, Kathy is able to show that there is something about the way they structure their program. She strongly believes in keeping her body “Slim Thick” as she likes to refer to it. In order to do that, she has to keep a close eye on the nutrients that go into her body.

When it comes to diet planning, Drayton takes a very mathematical approach to the way she figures out the calories she needs. In fact, she and her husband have developed a formula for a calorie calculator. This formula helps people lose 1-2 pounds a week for 30 days , but it also requires strict exercise.
Essentially Drayton determined that if you take your body weight, and multiply it by 10 if you are a female, and 15 if you are a male. This gives you the amount of calories to intake, alongside a proper gym routine, to allow for weight loss. Although, in her case, she put on some healthy weight, and she has a specific diet plan tailored to that, as well.
Drayton may have found success being a personal trainer, but that is not her only passion. She also has an interest in film making , being a director for a documentary, and short film. However, she has not done any such endeavors since 2016, with her last project being a Fitness Motivation video.
Kathy Drayton strongly believes that a positive mindset leads to accomplishing your goals. She loves to inspire her clients, and help them to do the things they set out to do. The self-talk going on in your head that says you aren’t doing well & you don’t even realize you’re own self-conscious is bullying you! It has to stop. That fear you’ve covered in humor and making jokes about yourself- that’s an undercover bully.
The pain you’ve experienced from continuing to see yourself as less than what you ‘think’ you are supposed to run so deep you’d rather choose to stay in that place of pain than try to improve… Because you don’t even believe you can. You are not a joke to be laughed at. And you have more to offer than your personality that so many people like.
You are not a failure. You are human- just as we all are. And this human experience can be difficult to navigate at times. Staying the same is not going to satisfy though. So don’t try to change ALL of you today. Don’t go into the gym and workout until you can’t walk for the next week.
Make some real tangible goals for yourself and start with a Task a day. Even if that’s 30 min a day week 1/ 1 hour 5 days a week Week 2. Make a goal that can work with you to encourage your process as you succeed. Let it rely on no one else. Just you. So that you can be the champion in your own story.” – Kathy Drayton.

She isn’t 5ft6″, she’s ‘almost’ 5ft4
Kathy I’m new with this I weigh 433 pounds and started to do something about it. I started this program in June and as of today I have lost 42 pounds but I feel that I’m stuck at trying to lose any more weight. Just hearing your motivation and engagement makes me want trove on again. Thanks Darryl

And I work alot .I’m constantly on my feet moving pushing pulling lifting I have two grown adult kids and I have four grandkids so my question is how do I lose the fat and gain muscle like I used to in my younger years. with working a lot and going straight to bed.
