Kate Private
Kate Middleton's charming personality is that one magnetic piece that has warmed the hearts of the British public, however, what lies underneath the surface is still a mystery.
Just recently, former professionals, who have worked extensively with the Duchess of Cambridge unearth some shocking tidbits about her personality.
Nine years into her marriage with Prince William, the duchess has become a pro at public dealings, however, there appear to be some minute differences between her inner and outer personalities.
Executive in chief and director of East Anglia Children Hospices, Tracy Rennie recently shared her experiences with the royal and even divulged some key aspects of her personality when away from the public eye.
Rennie told the Mirror’s podcast Pod Save the Queen that, while Kate seemed a bit nervous ahead of her public appearance, there is another aspect to her covert personality.
"From my perspective, I've been one of the lucky few people that have met her on several occasions because of the nature of my role.”
"It's been interesting because privately, she always came across extremely confident and caring, and she was able to talk to you really easily. You felt really comfortable with her.
"But seeing her grow publicly, so thinking back to that first speech, in front of the world, it was just phenomonal. She did brilliantly.
"Just recently she opened our Nook hospice, last November. The confidence publicly now just shines, but the private confidence and the way she is with people has been amazing since day one."
She also went on to say, “I had a phone call when I was having my lunch from a colleague who works at St James Palace just to say that the Duchess of Cambridge would like to come and visit the hospice, and would that be possible.”
"After I had stopped choking on my lunch, I went 'oh blimey, yes, that would be brilliant'. At that point, it was really exciting.”
"That excitement has continued because right from those early contacts with her we've just had a really great experience of her being our royal patron for all sorts of different reasons.”
She concluded by saying, "It's exciting and it's wonderful for the families as well. After the first visit, they celebrated a successful day, and were taken aback when they got a follow-up call from the Palace. Our first thought was 'Oh no! What have we done wrong.'”

From school drop-offs in her gym clothes to date nights with Prince William , Kate Middleton 's life behind the scenes may come as a surprise.

Whether in Norfolk or the family's London residence at Kensington Palace, Kate is "very chilled at home," a friend tells PEOPLE in this week's cover story. "It's a normal, busy family home with kids running around and knocking things over. There's no airs and graces."

At the same time, the friend adds, "when you see her behind closed doors with the children, she's a very confident mom, and she's no pushover. The children get told off if they act up."

For a woman whose signature blowouts and perfectly coordinated ensembles are emulated around the world, the school run affords an opportunity for a lower-maintenance routine.

"There are no blow-dries—it's always hair up in a ponytail," says the friend. "She's either in her gym clothes, or a dress and sneakers, very little makeup, apologizing as she's late for the school run before dashing off. It's the life of a working mom with three young children—just a different sort of day job to most."

Kate's priority is making sure her children — Prince George , 7, Princess Charlotte , 5, and Prince Louis , 2 — have as normal an upbringing as possible.

"She is doing that to help her children be more grounded and keep their reality in check," says a source. "That's what really matters to her."

On weekends Kate has been known to take the kids to Mable's Paint Pot, near their country home of Anmer Hall, where they spend the afternoon painting pottery and picking up sweets. William and Kate also step out for date nights at the local pubs. The couple, who will celebrate their 10th wedding anniversary in April, have evolved from newlyweds who once enjoyed romantic getaways across the globe to contented parents whose conversations now center on child-rearing.

"They were talking about home life and the children—just like any other parents on a night out," says a local. "You were just struck by what a normal lovely couple they are."

When pandemic guidelines allow, they also regularly pop over to Bucklebury to visit the Middletons for grandparent time and babysitting help.

In addition to her parents, Kate relies on the family's trusted nanny Maria Turrion Borrallo, who has been with them since 2014, when George was 8 months old. She also has her right-hand woman Natasha Archer, her stylist and personal assistant.

"If you look at the people around her, it's a tight team," says a source close to Kate. "She would be lost without Maria, Tash and everyone. They work very hard, but they make it possible for Kate to juggle everything."

Prioritizing children's mental and emotional well-being is one of the key messages Kate promotes in her royal work—and she's putting that into action in her own life.

"She's not scared to share experiences she's had in her own life in raising her three children," says Cat Ross, CEO of Baby Basics, where Kate volunteered over the summer.

Adds the source close to the royal household: "Kate is living the life that she talks about. She's at the center of her family and then she's dealing with the other things afterward."

Kate Brian- The Private Series Wiki is a FANDOM Books Community.
Private is a series of young-adult novels by American author Kate Brian, beginning with 2006's inaugural entry of the same name. The books chronicle the rise of ambitious teenager Reed Brennan , the series' narrator, as she becomes a member of her new school's elite dorm—composed of a glamorous yet disparate group of teens known as the Billings Girls. As the series progresses, several matters surrounding mystery, morality, and romance arise.

Thematically, moral ambiguity is a prominent feature of Brian's work. Extreme cases of loyalty and antagonism
are personified in characters such as Noelle Lange and Ivy Slade —to degrees that are sometimes questioned or denounced by the narrator. However, it is often only after the details of another character's background have been revealed that Brennan can understand what motivates them, which will occasionally leave her conflicted in her judgments. The series has companion works, set in the past and the future, which are dedicated to further exploring character. These novels include the Private prequel collection, which focuses on various figures, and the spin-off series Privilege , which follows the resourceful but disturbed Ariana Osgood .
To convey the story's tone, the series' art team was composed of select individuals with backgrounds in teenage popular culture and youth-oriented fashion. As a recurring visual theme, each cover from the central story depicts three young women on front, with a fourth featured a slight distance apart on the opposite side.
Debuts of Private novels have appeared on the New York Times Best Seller list. The publisher has also released e-book editions of the series and its spin-off. As Simon & Schuster, the series' distributor, is owned by CBS Corporation and, by extension, associated with CBS and the youth-oriented CW Television Network, fans of Private have campaigned for the series to be adapted into a television program. This has been noted by the author on a blog. In May 2009, a Web series based on the Private novels was announced.
