Beauties are not just born they are made - and Kate Hudson is clearly a product of both nature and nature.
The 36-year-old star provided fitspiration for women everywhere as she stripped down to a barely-there bikini on the small island of Skiathos in Greece on Tuesday.
And while the Almost Famous star was providing inspiration to others as she frolicked on the Greek beach, Kate's own body icon, her mother Goldie Hawn, 69, was still showing her how to rock a swimsuit.

The actress obviously not only gave her daughter some impressive genes but also nurtured her to feel confident in her own skin.
The Overboard star happily strutted along the beach - and looked great doing it - with her daughter and her pals.
The 69-year-old star even joined in with Kate and her best friends Kari DeLonge - sister of former Blink 182 singer Tom - and stylist Sophie Lopez to pose for a rather cheeky picture.

Kate Hudson has got one of the best bikini bodies in the business, and it's not hard to see where she got that from. We're looking at you, Goldie Hawn!
So it's no surprise she's spent her time in Greece showing off her figure in an array of different bikinis and cover ups by the like of Luli Fama, Camilla and MinkPink. But today she turned to celebrity favourite brand Acacia.
Design duo Naomi Newirth and Lyndie Irons only launched their line in 2010 but thanks to A-listers like Kendall Jenner, Selena Gomez and Rihanna all being spotted in their swimwear, it's a name you need to know.
Kate's exact bikini is now sold out, but click (right) to snap up a similar style in a variety of different colours at Revolve. They might give you some pretty interesting tan lines, but Acacia's cut out bikinis are second to none!

As the three ladies lay down in the shallows to pose for a snap of them showing off their derrieres, Goldie also jumped in.
Laughing away, the women did their best to hold still as a male friend was roped into taking the picture.
Even away from the camera, Kate looked ready for her close up on the second day of her summer holiday away - which rather unusually included her ex, Matthew Bellamy.

The two piece - made by Acacia Swimwear - featured a triangle top with cut out sections with a matching cut out bottom.
Showing she really must be working out as much as her athletic label Fabletics, the star's figure looked fab in the sexy and skimpy bikini, which featured a cheeky Brazilian cut bottom to show off even more of her slender but muscular frame.

Wading through the tropical water, it was clear to see where her daughter gets her bikini body from.
While the ladies were posing up a storm on the shore, Matt was keeping himself out of the sun for the most part.
The Muse rocker kicked back in a deck chair under some trees, venturing out once to the water's edge to see what all the fuss was about.

Despite the couple calling off their engagement in December they have remained close for the sake of their three-year-old, Bingham. Kate shares Ryder, 11, with ex husband Chris Robinson, frontman for the Black Crowes.
However, it did not appear like the children had joined them for their day at the beach.
The former couple have both moved on with Kate linked with Dancing With The Stars pro Derek Hough.

Matt is now dating gorgeous Blurred Lines music video star Elle Evans. They met through mutual friends in February and became an item in March.
Meanwhile, on Tuesday Kate showed just how much she is enjoying her vacation by posting an Instagram of herself in a beautiful lace beach cover-up over a teeny blue bikini seemingly holding up a rainbow.
She captioned it, philosophically: 'Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass. It's learning to dance in the rain.'
