Kate Beckinsale just flashed her long and incredibly sculpted legs in a brand new Instagram post.
The 48-year-old actress struck a pose shortly before Halloween, while lounging with her pets on the couch—and she looked fit AF.
Kate credits yoga and her intense sweat sessions with personal trainer Brad Siskind for keeping her in fighting shape.
Kate Beckinsale has a known love of animals. And she regularly drops pics and videos of herself with her fuzzy crew on Instagram. Well, she just shared a new photo of herself on Halloween surrounded by furry friends—and fans can’t get enough of it.
In the post, Kate is surrounded by her cat, her dog, and a large pooch that she hasn’t been spotted with before. The actress looked incredibly serene as she lay there in a sweatshirt, briefs, and white platform heels—accessorized by her perfectly sculpted legs. “Calm before the storm,” she wrote simply in the caption. (Kate later shared a picture and video of herself dressed as a feminized Halloween version of the Pope, so that might have been the “storm” she was referring to.)
People were all over it in the comments. “Absolutely beautiful 🔥🔥🔥,” one wrote. “Damn! 🔥” another said.
Of course, the 48-year-old actress didn’t get those toned legs by accident. She previously told Women's Health that she works out six days a week with her trainer, Brad Siskind at celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson's gym. "She rarely misses a workout,” Siskind said. “If she does, there’s a good reason. Because otherwise, she’s crushing it.”
By the way, Kate isn’t the type to chat for a while and then get down to business. “The whole hour is work,” Siskind said. What exactly does she do? More like what doesn’t she do.
Kate likes to work through a bunch of compound exercises that work several muscle groups at once. Think: bicep curls while she squats and situps with punches. She’s also big on doing cardio intervals like rowing or the VersaClimber before doing another round of compound exercises.
Kate does yoga, too, which she credits for keeping her from being injured on all the action movies she’s done. When she’s on the road, she’ll do yoga workouts recorded by her teachers Jessica James and Mandy Ingber. “I haven’t been injured while doing an action movie and I think it’s partially from practicing yoga," Kate said.
Naturally, Kate eats well. She focuses on having veggies and protein, like chicken or eggs with grass-fed butter. Lunch and dinner are usually things like salads with radishes, Brussels sprouts and safflower oil, and potato chips.
"As for 2024, it's unclear to me if she ran as an independent that it would hurt Trump," Rep. Brendan Boyle said of a potential Cheney campaign.

Kate Beckinsale is once again upping the ante on Instagram. The "Underworld" actress has been wowing her 3.7 million followers with a pretty steady stream of bikini pics of late, although Kate's photo yesterday managed to continue a tradition (without the swimwear).
The snap featured pal (and frequent Instagram buddy) Jonathan Voluck, with the two posing in a very risque way – Kate, in particular. The 46-year-old was sat on Voluck's lap with her legs spread, rocking a sexy black outfit comprised of black pants paired with the world's tiniest tube top.
Kate went down the adult route with her caption.
"Imagining that my leg is Jonny’s little tiny leg is giving me more joy than it should," the actress wrote.
Kate might have used the word "leg" a fair few times in her caption, but her fans didn't take long to pick up on the NSFW vibes. In fact, it looks like fans have been querying whether Kate's pal is, in fact, more than just a platonic friend.
"Who is that man?" one fan queried.
"One of those philosophical questions we grapple with," Beckinsale replied.
Beady-eyed fans will have noticed that Jonathan accompanied Kate in her ab-flaunting bikini snap not too long ago. The photo showed off Kate's insane figure as she soaked up the sun, although this wouldn't be the first social media image showing off the star's silhouette. Kate's age-defying body has even had her dubbed "Benjamin Button" by a fan.
With other images also showing Voluck, fans may well have their reasons for querying if he and Kate are dating. Kate's most recent photo with Voluck sparked just this question.
"Is Johnny your boyfriend?" a fan asked.
A major magazine feature from Kate doesn't come along too often, but December 18 brought just this. Kate fronted Women's Health ahead of the magazine's January/February issue, and the deets are all anyone can talk about.
First off, Kate revealed her pre-workout food. FYI, that's chicken or eggs with grass-fed butter. The Brit then revealed that later in the day, she'll feed herself with salmon or salad – the latter, with radish, sprouts, and safflower oil.
There was a cheat food mention, though. "Potato chips."
Workouts seem to come easily to Kate. The star's Instagram is certainly living proof of that, with the feed splattered with insane sweat sessions showing Kate's strength and flexibility.
“I’m very connected to my body, so if I’m going to experience stress, I’m probably going to experience it physically,” she says. “So it’s usually a good idea for me to go do something physical to get rid of it. I kind of have to think of myself as a horse or something—time for a run around the paddock," Kate told Women's Health.
Kate's breakout role in the 2001 "Pearl Harbor" movie hasn't been forgotten. Kate even mentioned it in her interview, letting the world know that she'd been told to lose weight.
“It wasn’t great, it didn’t make me feel good, and in general, I think women are body-shamed 100 million percent more than men. But on this particular project, I wasn’t,” she said.
This social media update showed the fit-as-ever Kate, the playful Kate, and it gave Instagram one more reminder of why Kate's social media fanbase exists.

She typically appears in sexy costumes on-screen, but Kate Beckinsale has always stopped short of going naked.
That all may change, however - the 38-year-old Underworld: Awakening actress says she would consider appearing in the buff on the big screen.
There's a condition behind her decision - it must be for a role that her daughter would be proud of.

'I think it's worse nowadays, because you do something [like a nude scene] and somebody immediately makes a five-times as long feature on YouTube to rock music, and they play it over and over again,' the brunette beauty says in the January 2012 issue of Redbook magazine.
She explains: 'I'm not averse to doing a nude scene, but it would have to be something I felt I could really argue in front of my daughter, and so far that hasn't happened.'
Lily, 12, is her child with ex-husband Michael Sheen; she is now married to her first Underworld director, Len Wiseman.
Of her current husband she tells the magazine: 'We're just a good couple. Having a husband who's comfortable being very affectionate is important.'

'Women do well with that. If the husband is very loving, the wife blossoms, and everybody's fine.'

Beckinsale was married to Sheen for eight years; their relationship deteriorated in 2003 when she and Wiseman fell in love on the set of their vampire thriller.
All parties have maintained that there was no infidelity, and all three remain friends today.
She continues to talk about the importance of family in relation to how she spends her time when she isn't working.
'I was at home. We’ve got a kind of unconventional family situation, with two dads, and I’ve always been the constant parent, the one who is here. Even if I’m working, it’s me,' she explains.
She adds: 'So if anything ripples the water, then it’s important to be home. My daughter is about to be 13, and I realize how fleeting time is. I was happy to be around Lily to talk about her day when she got home.'
