Just 1 hour from Rafina, the seaside village dominates a charming landscape, offering great dining options. Apart from general tourism, the village has also been at the centre of special tourism: the stunning beach of Megali Ammos or Golden Beach , with its characteristic 'sandy tongue', featured in the Ministry of Tourism's promotional spot for and was discussed worldwide. Right where the gorge of Dimosaris gushes out, creating a wonderful landscape as the fresh water joins the sea, is the Aegean beach of Kallianos, at the end of an easy downhill highway.
