She’s starring in a new sitcom which follows a narcissistic 20-something woman who is obsessed with taking selfies.
And Karen Gillan certainly wasn’t shy of stripping off as she filmed raunchy scenes for upcoming ABC series Selfie.
The 26-year-old Scottish actress, known for her role as Amy Pond in Doctor Who, was seen posing topless in one scene.

She wears a gold body necklace and gazes seductively at the camera as she covers her chest with one hand.
Her flame-red locks are styled into curls, while she wears a fuchsia lipstick and smoky grey eyeshadow.
Using a similar plot to Pygmalion and My Fair Lady, the series will follow the life of Eliza Dooley, a modern day version of Eliza Doolittle.

Pouting: Karen's character shows her love for the camera as she strikes a sultry pose
Fame-obesssed: Karen dons dark sunglasses as she struts through a plane on the show
Jetsetter: Karen wears glamorous and impractical attire for a scene filmed on a plane
She is obsessed with becoming famous through selfies and Instagram until she realises that she needs real-life friends rather than online ones.
After the humiliating breakup of her relationship is made public, she finds that she has more online followers that she ever imagined but for all the wrong reasons.
This prompts her to hire marketing guru Henry Higenbottam (a modern day version of Henry Higgins, played by John Cho), who is tasked with transforming Eliza's image.

Karen is also starring in the superhero science fiction film Guardians of the Galaxy, which is scheduled for release in August 2014.
She plays the role of alien supervillan Nebula, a pirate and mercenary, and had her head shaved for the role.
The film sees a group of extraterrestrial misfits go on the run after stealing a coveted orb.
Its ensemble cast also stars Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Vin Diesel, Bradley Cooper, Lee Pace, Michael Rooker, Karen Gillan, Djimon Hounsou, John C. Reilly, Glenn Close, and Benicio del Toro.

The appeal of Selfie , an ABC sitcom about a social media monster of a human, isn’t hard to see: JOHN CHO. Also, it stars Doctor Who ‘s Karen Gillan, and America should take over Scotland so that we can call her our “national treasure.” The trailer was a #HotMess (that’s Internet speak for “awful”), but so was Don’t Trust the B—- in Apartment 23 ‘s, and that show turned into something special. Which reminds me: ABC needs to hire someone whose YOU HAD ONE JOB is to name shows better. Don’t Trust the B , Trophy Wife , Cougar Town , Happy Endings . ABC is the Selfie of show titles.

The flame haired telly favourite, 26, is the star of new ABC! series Selfie which airs in September.
It’s a far cry from her clean cut portrayal as the Doctor’s sidekick Amy Pond in the hit BBC series.
And she appears to have swapped time travel for cameras as she plays a girl obsessed with taking selfies.
Karen previously stripped off when she appeared in film Not Another Happy Ending.
At the time she admitted to feeling nervous about getting naked infront of the cameras.
She said: “I was really nervous beforehand – naturally I knew I’d have to sit there all day without anything on.
“Everyone was just very respectful and by the end I’d forgotten I didn’t have any clothes on!”
* Selfie will debut in the US on ABC later this year on Tuesdays at 8pm
