Karatcoin is a blockchain-based project that focuses on the development and growth of mining from selected gold mining companies. Karatcoin allows open and public authentication of all asset documents stored in a decentralized database through a protocol designed in the EOS Blockchain by integrating IPFS (Inter Planetary Files System) to track all authentication paths through the custody chain.

Karatcoin has 5 products that allow customers to maintain savings and investment in crypto currencies. Products from Karatcoin are:

1. Crypto Assets

KCG (GOLD Token) is a token that represents gold. 1 KCG represents 1 gram of 99.99% of the standard gold guaranteed by LBMA at Safehouse Vaults.

Costs and repurchases based on the LBMA gold price.
Supported by gold bars.
Gold documents available for verification.

Storage and insurance on gold are charged at a rate of 0.12% per year which is billed monthly with a monthly minimum of 4 USD
Fund withdrawal fees depend on the currency and destination of the transfer but usually not more than 30 USD.
Users can easily change their assets and transport them safely and legally anywhere. Physical redemption can be arranged if the user has at least 1 kilogram of gold.
The commission is charged for each KCG transition of 0.1% -0.3%. 85% of the commission from the KCG transaction is given to stakeholders and 15% for maintenance and marketing.

2. Crypto-Currency

Karatcoin DAO Tokens (KCD)

KCD is a token that will be created during the Token Sale and distributed on Ethereum. KCD will migrate to Karat Blockchain in a 1: 1 ratio after the Blockchain is ready.
