KanaFlow Privacy Policy
Driftwave LabsKanaFlow Privacy Policy
KanaFlow (net.driftwave.kanaflow) is a Japanese kana study app that helps English speakers learn hiragana and katakana through flashcard drills, stroke tracing, speed quizzes, and a mastery map. This policy describes how KanaFlow handles your information.
What We Collect
This app does not collect, store, or share any personal data. KanaFlow includes no analytics libraries, no crash-reporting services, no advertising networks, and no third-party data-collection SDKs of any kind. Your drill progress, per-character accuracy scores, spaced-repetition review intervals, and daily-goal preferences are saved only to your device's local storage and are never transmitted anywhere.
How We Use Your Information
KanaFlow keeps drill history and accuracy data on your device so the app can display your Mastery Map, schedule upcoming review cards, and show your Speed Quiz results. None of this data leaves your device. The app does not create an account for you and does not communicate with any server operated by the developer.
Sharing With Third Parties
We do not share any data with any third party. No information is transmitted from your device to any server, analytics provider, advertiser, or other outside service.
Children's Privacy
KanaFlow is an educational language app appropriate for learners of all ages. Because the app does not collect any personal information from any user, it does not pose special privacy risks for children. We do not knowingly gather personal data from children under 13 or from any other user.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the app changes. Material changes will be posted to this page before they take effect.
