Kaltenbach - Ried - Stumm Kaltenbach, together with Ried and Stumm, is positioned in the heart of the valley, the so called 'first holiday region in the Zillertal'. Kaltenbach is the largest and best known among these three resorts. Due to the bypass, transit traffic doesn't exist here. The smaller and quieter village of Ried is right on the border of Kaltenbach. Stumm, on the opposite side of the valley, is approx.
