Smosh star Anthony Padilla recently shocked his ex-fiancé Kalel Kitten by accusing her of being “manipulative” and “toxic” during their relationship.
Kalel and Anthony were engaged , but never actually got married.
On his now-active YouTube channel, Anthony Padilla decided to drop a brand new Draw My Life video. “My life has really changed,” he said.
The video covered many things, but fans noticed a segment where he clearly threw shade at his ex Kalel.
“I was in a manipulative relationship with somebody at that time,” Anthony jabbed. “I now feel she was using me.”
“I was SO walked over, that I would seek approval from her for every aspect of my life,” he said. “It caused me to lose who I really was. My confidence was at an all-time low.”
“Like all toxic relationships go, I did not realize how bad it really was until months after we broke up.”
Kalel wasn’t expecting to be ripped into by her ex. “I will defend myself!” she declared in an essay. “It is not okay to let him get away with these false accusations. I was super shocked.” She said it was like somebody driving a knife into her cat-loving heart. She demanded that he removed the video segment about her.
She said that Anthony knew the one accusation that would hurt her the most – that she was a “gold digger using him for fame”.
“He saw me cry about this and knows in his heart that I wasn’t using him. It’s so hurtful. Why would you bring me up two years later? Is it drama to boost your channel?”
She admitted that she was not exactly the “perfect girlfriend” and blamed her OCD for her “very high standards” in relationships. However, she said that Anthony knew exactly what he was getting and didn’t complain. “However, this was NOT new for him. He was aware of it. He INSISTED on sticking with me. He made the choice.”
Kalel also revealed that SHE was the one who dumped him. In their breakup video, the pair said it was an amicable mutual decision. Although he initially asked for a breakup first, she claimed that he later tried to change his mind. “But I knew better now. So I set him free.”
She thought they were still friends after their breakup. According to Kalel, she actually sat and had dinner with Anthony’s NEW girlfriend! “I wanted to be nice and stay in contact.”
However, something happened, and their post-breakup friendship soured. She said that Anthony told her to take down their videos together, and unfollowed her on social media. “He even blocked my number and it really hurt.”
She decided to end her Twitter rant amicably, and apologized for any hurt she caused him. “I am happy to see you happy.”
She told him to leave the drama in the past. “Best wishes.”
Kalel also accused female fans of “always siding with men”. “I’m not a b****, a s***, a whote or a gold-digger!”
