This is probably the best thing we could hear about this game right now. It shows that the developers are serious about polishing the game before release, not after. I'm skeptical of games that don't get delayed.
They just delayed it for 10 days. From Tuesday to Friday next week. I bet they had this in mind since they announced first release date for Tuesday, which is not a good day to release a game, and just waited if someone will set a release date to a weekend (because all of us expect the end of the year to be full of games) and if not, they will change it a bit. For me this means nothing about them trying to make a better game.
Yeah, some of the issues don’t seem great. I have high hopes for fixes though. Especially with how well Death Stranding runs and it’s on the same engine.
Death Stranding has a huge problems for many people. Just read discussions on Steam or google "Death Stranding problems" or crashes, or xbox gamepad problem, or stuttering... It's still unplayable for me. There are still no updates and everybody is quiet so I guess they don't care about it. With Horizon we have a good chance for updates because developers already talk. They know about it and they are fixing it they said.
I know I will love it, but quality of their port is the only thing I am worried. I'm skeptical, because Death Stranding has average score 87% and it was unplayable for a few days until some players found ways to temporarily fix most problems. For me and people who have huge problems with Death Stranding (because they still didn't fix anything) I hope that this porting did someone else.
I don't know who did PC port, if Kojima Productions or someone else, but their port is very poorly made and they are handling it even worse. No updates, no info about anything (like if they are doing somethins), no message like ''Hey, sorry, we know it's bad and we're working on it'' and just ignoring customers and problems of the game, but they gladly ask people to send them screenshots and make a showcase about it. I was so hyped about this game and I did not expect something like this...
What issues are people seeing? I have 20 hours into it on Steam and haven't encountered anything.
Just see discussions on Steam. There are problems with crashes on some GPUs, mainly 1050ti (which I have too). Most common are problems with Xbox gamepads and it looks like they did not even test it because there is a list of problems caused just by plugged Xbox gamepad in PC and it looks like AMD CPUs can cause some problems too. Of course it's not like "everybody has pdoblems", but it's unplayable for many people including me and it looks like they don't care.
The whole US tweet is about tempering expectations with words like "few", "small", "previously announced".
The problem is that people don't read and they'll hate on this video for being what Nintendo announced.
People don't read. We knew it for a long time. Assassin's Creed Valhalla announcement where was written that they only announce name and where is game set and people still expected trailer or someone gameplay. Playstation conference for developers about architecture of PS5, which was just streamed because they didn't have a chance to do it in some other way, but people expected games and seeing Playstation 5. Some people don't want to read few sentences and will be always disappointed, but it's their fault.
This article was written before release of official trailer and even before it's leaked version. All of this is destroyed by a fact that in a trailer Diego has a smartphone looking more modern than smartphone from Far Cry 3 so Far Cry 6 is after Far Cry 3.

At this point I believe that it's just free advertisement and I could believe that people sharing it can be employees from that store etc etc...
