1. Go here https://ico.adabsolutions.com/ and click "Join ICO now!"

2. Fill out this registration form. Information must be real!

3. Click tab "Edit info". Fill out this form. Provide real information.

IMPORTANT: indicate the ETH wallet that you used when you registered in the bounty campaign! check it here https://goo.gl/B83uPd

4. Click tab "Upload document".

*Title*- the name of document.

*Description* = *Title*.

Select your document (Passport / ID) and click "Upload".

6. Wait for approval of your application in the tab "Documents KYC"
