Kusto Homes is an affiliate of real estate development of Kusto Group. It has developed numerous residential projects across Asia in the past few years. Urban Green, a new one, is under construction in Thu Duc City near Ho Chi Minh City.
Kusto Group, Kusto Home and Kusto Home signed the contract for the construction of Urban Green in December 2021.

Diamond Island was constructed by Kusto Group as well as Kusto Home in Ho Chi Minh City in 2018.

FUTURE KUSTO GROUP PROJECTS IN VIETNAM
Kusto Home expressed interest after the completion of Diamond Island.
Yerkin Tatishev also said to the Vietnam Investment Review the company was considering projects in different Vietnamese regions, including Nha Trang Danang and Hoi An.
Kusto Home has primarily dealt with residential developments, however Yerkin Tatishev opened the doors to the possibility of building commercial centers, including shopping malls.
