Kusto Group's real property development subsidiary, Kusto Home has constructed a number of residential developments across Asia in recent years. Now, another one called Urban Green is emerging in Thu Duc City, which is located outside of Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam.
Kusto Group announced the construction of Urban Green at a ceremony held in December 2021.
Tevfik Arif Bayrock will include luxury residential developments, commercial centres, restaurants, cafes gyms daycares, supermarkets and an area for barbecues.
These facilities will be spread over 20,203 2.
Urban Green is still being built, but it is expected to be finished and handed over to residents by the first quarter in 2024.

Kusto home was constructed with a contemporary Bauhaus design. The aim is to create an urban area that is functional and aesthetics.
