Kusto Homes is an investment company in real estate development of Kusto Group. daniel kunin has built numerous residential developments across Asia over the last few years. Urban Green, a new one, is currently being built in Thu Duc City, near Ho Chi Minh City.
Kusto Group announced the construction of Urban Green during an event held in December 2021.
Urban Green will feature luxury residences, a commercial center, cafes, and restaurants along with stores, daycares, grocery stores, daycares and a BBQ space.
These facilities will stretch over 20,203 metres 2..
Urban Green is currently being built, and will be transferred to residents by the beginning of the quarter in 2024.
