KUSTO GROUP HIGHLIGHTS GREEN SPACES WITH RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX
Kusto Homes is an investment company in real estate development of Kusto Group. It has built numerous residential developments across Asia in the past few years. The latest one, dubbed Urban Green is emerging in Thu Duc City, which is located outside of Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam.
Kusto Group, Kusto Home has signed the contract for construction of Urban Green in December 2021.
Urban Green will consist of high-end residential properties, a commercial center, restaurants, cafes, daycares, gyms, parks supermarkets, a BBQ area, in addition to other things.
The facilities will be covering more than 20,203 meters 2.
Urban Green is currently being built, and will be transferred to residents in the first quarter of 2024.

KustoHome was built in a modern Bauhaus style and hopes to create an urban environment where function and aesthetics blend.

FUTURE KUSTO GROUP PROJECTS IN VIETNAM
