នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃពុធ ១៣ រោច ខែអស្សុជ ឆ្នាំរោង ឆស័ក ព.ស. ២៥៦៨ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី៣០ ខែតុលា គ.ស.២០២៤ វេលាម៉ោង ៩:០០ ដល់ ១០:៣៥ ព្រឹក ក្រោមកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការជាមួយក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម វិទ្យាស្ថានគណនេយ្យករជំនាញ និងសវនករកម្ពុជា (វ.គ.ស.ក.) បានរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាអនឡាញស្តីពី “នីតិវិធីនៃការបើក និងបិទក្រុមហ៊ុន” ដោយមានការចូលរួមផ្តល់កិត្តិយសដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ជាវាគ្មិនដោយ ឯកឧត្តម បួន សារៈមុនី រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ទទួលបន្ទុកចុះបញ្ជីពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងធ្វើឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងលើកកម្ពស់ចំណេះដឹងអំពីនីតិវិធីនៃការបើក និងបិទក្រុមហ៊ុនដល់ធុរជន និងវិនិយោគិន។ ជាលទ្ធផលសិក្ខាសាលានេះទទួលបានជោគជ័យ និងមានអ្នកចូលរួមសរុបចំនួន ៨២០ នាក់។

Webinar on “Procedure of New Company Registration and Dissolution”

On the morning of Wednesday, 30 October 2024, from 9:00 to 10:35, in cooperation with the Ministry of Commerce, the Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors (KICPAA) hosted a webinar on the “Procedure for New Company Registration and Dissolution.” The webinar was honored by H.E. BUON Sarakmony, Secretary of Commerce, and aimed to raise awareness about the procedures for new company registration and dissolution for businesses and investors. As a result, the webinar was successfully conducted, attracting the interest of 820 participants.
