Key Responsibilities:
- Developing small and medium-sized components for our products.
- Fixing bugs and ensuring smooth operation. Reading and quickly understanding code written by others.
- Active collaboration with managers, mentors, and other team members.

Professional Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in .NET development.
- Experience working remotely, ability to organize your work effectively outside the office.
- Professional and personal maturity.
- English proficiency at a B2 level or above is required.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of .NET and a strong technical background.
- Basic understanding of WinForms - ability to create applications, etc. Practical experience with WinForms is a plus.
- Ability to read and analyze code written by others.
- Code debugging and proficiency in Visual Studio and Git.
- Teamwork skills and effective collaboration with colleagues.
- High level of intelligence - quick learning ability and the capacity to apply new knowledge.
- Honesty and integrity in fulfilling responsibilities.
- Adaptability - ability to quickly adapt to changes and respond promptly to feedback.
- Persistence and determination to achieve goals.
