Job Description

Renderforest is looking for a Manual QA Engineer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our web products by performing thorough manual testing and collaborating closely with developers and product teams.

In the long run, we expect this role to evolve into a position that also involves test automation, so a proactive attitude toward learning and growing in that direction will be highly valued.

Job responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of web applications.
• Develop and maintain detailed and well-structured test cases.
• Identify, document, and track defects using issue tracking systems.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to ensure high-quality releases.
• Conduct regression, functional, and exploratory testing.
• Provide feedback on usability, performance, and user experience.

Required qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in manual testing.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing processes, and bug lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience working with tools like Clickup, Jira, TestRail, or similar.
• Basic coding skills (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or similar) is a big advantage.
• Understanding of automation testing principles is a big advantage.
• Software Engineering academic education is a big advantage
