Responsibilities:
* High work ethic and disciplined execution
* Manage and optimize ad campaigns for real estate professionals

* Manage your pipelines and track key performance metrics
* Be a proactive team player
Requirements:
* Proven media buying experience (Real Estate experience is a massive plus)
* Must be able to speak and write Spanish and English, and understand both enough to make Ads
* Self-sufficient and able to properly manage one's own time
* Open to learning new processes and strategies
* Excellent communication and analytical skills

Compensation
Base + Performance
$800 – $2,000 OTE
(On-Track Earnings)
