What You’ll Do:

Hunt for the best talent across different platforms – LinkedIn, GitHub, Telegram, Reddit, job boards, and beyond.
Think outside the box – if the perfect candidate isn’t on LinkedIn, you’ll know where to look next.
Reach out to candidates and make sure they’re interested.
Keep our database organized – track leads, updates, and progress.
Stay up-to-date with market trends and new sourcing tools.

What we expect from you:

Superpower in research – you can find anything, anywhere, and fast.
Fluent English – you’ll be reaching out to candidates from different countries.
Curiosity & creativity – you love exploring new platforms, tools, and strategies.
Basic understanding of recruiting & hiring processes (but we’ll teach you the rest!).
Strong communication skills – you know how to engage candidates and keep them interested.
Experience in closing IT or non IT positions - as an advantage
