Our Client
Our client is a prominent multinational company and a leader in the Pharma, life sciences, diagnostics, and biotechnology sectors. With a solid global track record, they are dedicated to developing innovative and automation-driven solutions to optimize laboratory workflows and accelerate the advancement of human health. Currently, they are looking to add a Junior Graphic Designer to their Strategic Marketing Team. The selected candidate will join a structure focused on process optimization, accelerating time-to-market, and achieving business objectives on an international scale.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will support the Global Marketing team with graphic design asset production and collaborate on creative ideation for campaigns and launches. Your main responsibilities will be:
* Creative Production Support: Manage project timelines, track deliverables, and ensure all outputs for print, digital, and multimedia channels are brand compliant and delivered on time.
* Visual Adaptation and Design: Assist in translating marketing initiatives into compelling visual assets by applying templates, layouts, and existing creative concepts.
* Global Initiative Support: Contribute to global marketing initiatives by supporting asset development for product launches, campaigns, websites, trade shows, and other go-to-market activities.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement design updates and ensure assets meet brand, quality, and regulatory requirements.
* Brand Consistency: Work within established brand guidelines to help scale creative output while maintaining quality and consistency.
Requirements
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts, design, or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in graphic design.
* Portfolio: A portfolio of work samples demonstrating foundational design skills and experience producing marketing or communications materials.
* Languages: Professional level of English (essential, as you will be working within a global team and environment).
What We Offer
* Salary: €30,000 - €35,000 gross per year (depending on experience).
* Work Modality: 100% Remote (Full Remote).
* Contract Duration: Initial temporary 1-year position, with a real opportunity to transition into a permanent role after this period.
